Scheduled me for 4 hour block, then canceled at the end of that time and rescheduled for another day 4 hour block. Arrived after the time expired. Suggested the door did not need any adjustment but would need new springs some time which would cost $650. I declined.

Very professional, great service, great communication. Our garage door broke, and the next day, Percision was there to assess and fix. We purchased a unit that was very quiet, and internet ready. Will hope I won't need to call you guys any time soon, but if I do, I will be in good hands.

I am an new customer and had an excellent experience on June 3, 2026. Dillon and Jack installed a new garage door opener, as my 2006 model had finally failed. They were so professional and kind, made me feel valued as a customer and were very respectful of my property. They made sure that the app installed and worked correctly on my phone as well. My old unit didn't have this capability and I appreciate this function very much. My mom lives in Orange County, CA and also needs some help, so I will definitely recommend Precision to her and to my friends in the San Fernando Valley. Do not hesitate to call on Precision for help!
