I always call Precision when I need help with my garage door. They are prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable about garage door systems. They fix it quick with no hidden fees. Julian Bacca came out to fix our door today and was outstanding. He explained what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. He finished the job in less than an hour and I am so appreciative. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

This is the 2nd time I've used Precision for different repairs over 2 years apart. I've found both techs to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They arrive promptly when promised. This time it was Jacob. My garage door is almost 30 years old and still working well after these repairs. They also didn't try to sell me a bunch of new parts or a new door when I didn't need it. I really appreciate the customer service.

I had to write a view on Julian, he is wonderful so friendly and knowledgeable he is just wonderful. we have a older garage door that has a few issues but Julian always finds the problem and repairs. He is such a lovely young man. So glad he is in our area.

I had my garage door opener installed 3 years ago by Precision. Yesterday when I came home my door had a hard time opening up. Then it would close down. I called and set up an appointment. The technician, Alex called me and kept me informed about when he would arrive. There were a few problems, but he kept at it until he solved the problem and got my opener working again. Very happy with his work and Precision.

Technician Julian Bacca arrived on time and greeted me with a smile and was ready to work on my garage door. I explained my concerns about my garage door, Julian did his inspection and gave me recommendations to consider on fixing now and later. This company installed my garage door and opener several years ago. The Tech that sold me the door (Jason) was knowledgeable, friendly and fair. He has been out to the house twice since for tune ups and he hasn’t changed. Always good to catch up with him. Previously, I used one of the big companies advertised on the radio and was very disappointed. That company was dishonest and a waist of time and money. Not Precision. I would recommend them to anyone and have done so to my neighbor.

Technician Jason Stanfield: very professional and knowledgeable about all things related to garage doors and openers. Called to let me know when he'd be arriving, and arrived promptly. Was very helpful in discussing the issue I called Precision about. Suggested future course of action. No sales pressure: just the facts. A fair man. I have had work done by Precision previous years: spring related and opener installation. Their technicians are well trained and know what they are doing. Precision is not cheap, but as is usually the case "You get what you pay for". Other "low cost" garage door companies I have dealt with were quite disappointing. Waste of money. Some were outright flakes.
