Our experience with Precision Door Services of So Calif exceeded our expectations. Your tech ( Julian) was wonderful. Julian was knowledgeable, personable and professional. He was able to fix our garage door ( torsion spring replaced) and did a great job. He took the time to speak with my husband via the phone to explain the nature and extent of repairs and to answer questions my husband had. Julian was great and is a wonderful representative of your company.

I called precision door service for the very first time. Great customer service the repair gentleman that came out to my house. His name is Dylan. He was very attentive and he replaced my garage opener, programmed my openers for my cars and explained how the garage door opens and close and any other things that were needed. A bolt holding springs to the door frame pulled out making the system inoperable. Julian arrived promptly on schedule opened the garage door and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.
