I am so grateful for the service Anass Iklid provided me last night. My EV charger is in my garage and I was having trouble closing my garage door on my EV charger cable so I could charge my car in the driveway. My door kept opening when it hit the charging cable. I had a late afternoon appointment and Anass was running over on another job and rather than reschedule, he called and asked me if it would be OK to come at the end of my service window and assured me he'll take care of the problem. And that he did, super fast! Most companies and people would just reschedule, so I was amazed Anass offered to still come after his very long day. True dedication!

The springs on my garage door broke this morning. I called Precision Door and they sent Jose R. out the same afternoon. Jose was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained the situation and installed a new opener and two new springs very quickly. He explained the warranty and how to use my new opener.
