I am an new customer and had an excellent experience on June 3, 2026. Dillon and Jack installed a new garage door opener, as my 2006 model had finally failed. They were so professional and kind, made me feel valued as a customer and were very respectful of my property. They made sure that the app installed and worked correctly on my phone as well. My old unit didn't have this capability and I appreciate this function very much. I remember seeing the commercial for Precision's garage door tune-up special, and I kept putting it off. Well, I woke up Monday morning, and the battery in the overhead garage door unit died. I called Precision Garage Door Service, spoke with a representative who provided me with a same-day appointment, and a name and description of a technician. The technician, Justin Estrada, reached out before the appointment and confirmed his arrival time. When Justin arrived, he reviewed my concerns, inspected the unit, replaced the battery, and completed the overall tune-up so I could get to my job. My garage door has never been this quiet when closing! Justin also provided a quote for a future repair I am considering. Why the 5-Star Rating? Justin was on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated a great attitude and enthusiasm for his job. Being in the service industry myself, it's refreshing and important to acknowledge and say "Thank you" for his service. I will be a returning customer and refer Precision GDS to others.
