Initially I thought I needed a new garage door due to my visual inspection of the damage. Called Precision and when the technician Armando came, did the inspection, he informed me I did not; the damage was repairable. What I liked most and am complementing the expert customer service, the technician informed me the door was not up to code, so required sensors were installed; being an older door, they installed a "quiet motor." For the efficient customer service that I received, am highly recommending Precision for any garage door service that is needed.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was outstanding! After I called, they quickly scheduled a tech to come to our home to assess the issue (garage door motor). The tech who came out (Michael K.) was awesome. Michael showed up on time and quickly figured out the issue. He provided me several options. Michael was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We had used Precision Door Services before and were satisfied with their services, so when Mike came over (exactly when he said he would), we said we were in his hands. Mike was fantastic; he was knowledgeable, friendly, asked us about our needs and worked with us to meet them. We got a new garage door opener, which he installed efficiently while bolstering the door itself, and he worked patiently with us to sync the opener to our cars and our phones. We were very happy with the service and the new system. We highly recommend Precision Door Services and Mike.
