My original call to Precision was to take advantage of their service special for $70 . After speaking with Kyle the technician ,I decided to replace the springs and rollers after 27years of of use. I decided to be pro active rather than reactive when it came to the garage door. Kyle did a great job doing the work and was quick and very pleasant to deal with.

A year after installation the wire coils had stretched and settled a bit, which we're told is normal and shouldn't recur. Result was that the door would close unevenly, and the first edge to hit trigger an excess pressure alarm and the door would reopen (like the safety cutoff). Jacob came out, was on time (bit early actually) and had it trimmed up within 15-20 minutes after diagnosis. No further issues so far.

Dylan, the technician who came to fix our garage door that would only close intermittently, was very resourceful and thorough in his approach to the problem. He offered several options, the first was to adjust the safety devises. We chose to go with that one first. He noted a lot of webs in the area of one of the safety devices and said that the sun might be causing the web to appear to the safety device as blocked by an object. He was absolutely correct. He adjusted the safety devices, removed the webs and the garage door now closes with no further problems. Not only was he competent, he was also polite, respectful and nice.

I called for tune up TV Promotion. Lubrication of all moving parts like hinges, bearing, all the fixtures, checked all the springs lubricate the springs and all the necessary adjustments. I needed a garage door tune up and exam. I also needed a new door opener. I had an appointment between 1230pm and 430pm. Julian called me around noon and said he could come earlier if i wanted. He came over and did an inspection and gave me my estimate and then performed the service and completed it before my appointment time even started which is not uncommon for this company. ( i wish every company could do this) Julian, as with all other techs i have dealt with from Precision, was friendly, well spoken, and a pleasure to work with. I have used this company several times and will continue to do so in the future.

I recently had a new motor installed for my garage door by Precision’s tech Jose Romero. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, but additionally he is also one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! And my aging garage door has never worked better. Jose goes the extra mile for you. Hey Precision, whatever you’re paying him it’s not enough, this employee is gold! Great company, I’ll definitely do business with them again.
