Just had Jack out at my house this morning to install a jack arm motor on my garage. He started by giving me a courtesy call 20 mins before he arrived, and then arrived on time. He was friendly, and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, he was honest with me about my wants and need within my budget. I decided this is the guy I want working on my house. Once he got to work I felt comfortable leaving him to his work while I attended to other needs around the house. I’m very satisfied with my service from Precision Garage Doors. I cannot recommend them enough.

The Technician came in the time frame. He was very polite and knowledgeable . He explained everything and send a nice detailed estimate on labor and parts. I had two other Company's come to give me estimates and it was awful. No communication or written estimates and one was one and a half hours late. I'm glad I called Precision . I am an new customer and had an excellent experience on June 3, 2026. Dillon and Jack installed a new garage door opener, as my 2006 model had finally failed. They were so professional and kind, made me feel valued as a customer and were very respectful of my property. They made sure that the app installed and worked correctly on my phone as well. My old unit didn't have this capability and I appreciate this function very much.
