1. Precision met my expectations since they were already high from the November 2023 repair visit. 2. Our problem was solved by having the technician adjust the limit stops and inspect the garage door and opener and how they operated including safeties. 3. The technician, Jesse Ochoa-Magana was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. 4. Jesse was very helpful both in the actual repair and in explaining the issues.

Requested services because door not coming down. Apparently, there was an obstruction causing door not to come down. At this time, I decided to upgrade door opener to include camera. Tony (technician) installed and explained features very well. Tony did a wonderful job.

I liked that the technician called to let me know that he is delayed and gave me a time frame when he will arrive at our residence.This is important to me because it allows me to rearrange my schedule and I don't have to wait all day for the technician to show up.
