I love my new garage door! The old one was a very heavy, wooden door that was probably more than 50 years old! Precision efficiently removed the old door and replaced it with a beautiful new one. They did it all in about 4 hours. Great job!

First off, the person who answered the phone at Precision was a pro. She confirmed my reservation with a technician within 24 hours which I greatly appreciated. Secondly, my service technician, Justin Estrada, did an excellent job repairing my Chamberlain garage door that had come off its tracks. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and presented a solution AND very fair pricing for repairing the immediate problem as well as two options for preventative measures. Above and beyond. His demeanor was very professional and he was extremely knowledgable about my door, and -- most importantly -- I could tell he really cared about his craft. He completed the repairs in less than an hour and explained to me in detail exactly what he fixed. I highly recommend Justin and Precision Door Service for any of your garage door repair needs. I am a real estate broker and will refer Precision out to all current and future clients.

A year after installation the wire coils had stretched and settled a bit, which we're told is normal and shouldn't recur. Result was that the door would close unevenly, and the first edge to hit trigger an excess pressure alarm and the door would reopen (like the safety cutoff). Jacob came out, was on time (bit early actually) and had it trimmed up within 15-20 minutes after diagnosis. No further issues so far.

I called for tune up TV Promotion. Lubrication of all moving parts like hinges, bearing, all the fixtures, checked all the springs lubricate the springs and all the necessary adjustments. I recently had a new motor installed for my garage door by Precision’s tech Jose Romero. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, but additionally he is also one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! And my aging garage door has never worked better. Jose goes the extra mile for you. Hey Precision, whatever you’re paying him it’s not enough, this employee is gold! Great company, I’ll definitely do business with them again.

I have been a customer of Precision Garage Door Service for several years and highly recommend them. Every experience has been positive and the technicians have always been friendly and professional. As an example, this morning I discovered that the key pad to open my garage door had been damaged. Thinking it might take awhile to get it repaired, I immediately called for service. First off, I love that they send you a text message of your Technician. You see their picture and it gives you a bit of fun facts about the individual. I do not know who had the idea to do that, but more companies need to do that. It shows that they care about their people and it makes the visit so much more impactful as you can have real conversations with your Technician instead of small talk. Jose was great.... he played the hardest position in baseball - short stop and 3rd baseman. The level of his athleticism is far greater than anything I could ever do. A very cool guy, humble and informative! He talked through everything; I got a good understanding of the garage door (and know what to expect in the upcoming years - price wise and maintenance wise). At the end of the day, everyone with a garage will need it service. Between the constant use, the weight of the door, etc. maintenance has to come. I would recommend this company. I have their number saved in my phone.

First let me say my experience was great and I would absolutely use Precision again. That said, things started a little rocky because I was the last appointment of the day and my technician got held up at another job. Knowing that is always a risk when you are scheduled late in the day, I was not too upset, but they were in communication and let me know about the delay, letting me reschedule for first appointment the next day when it got too late. The next morning, my tech Alex called to confirm his arrival time. He was quickly able to determine the issue, made some recommendations and provided alternatives. I was very happy to see that there was no hard sell, no pressure and he just gave me the information and let me decide. Once I approved, he got to work and had the replacement of my door opener completed. He was polite, explained everything really well and I could not be happier with the job he did. He showed me all the new features and made some recommendations additional recommendations for the future, but again, just gave me the information and to call if I wanted to schedule anything further. Thanks for the great job and I will be calling when I am ready to replace my garage door!

My custom designed wooden garage door had swelled in the rain and jammed partly open. It was unusable. Precision Door sent Jacob to the rescue. He determined how to get into the garage only to find the bolt holding the spring on one side had pulled out of the wood frame. He brilliantly conceived of a way of strengthening the wood with steel, attaching the spring to the steel thereby eliminating the bolt into the wood. It is now sturdier than before. The door functions beautifully and I'm totally satisfied. I award Jacob 5 gold stars!

I am so grateful for the service Anass Iklid provided me last night. My EV charger is in my garage and I was having trouble closing my garage door on my EV charger cable so I could charge my car in the driveway. My door kept opening when it hit the charging cable. I had a late afternoon appointment and Anass was running over on another job and rather than reschedule, he called and asked me if it would be OK to come at the end of my service window and assured me he'll take care of the problem. And that he did, super fast! Most companies and people would just reschedule, so I was amazed Anass offered to still come after his very long day. True dedication!

Anas worked very hard. Very pleasant person. But, the new opener doesn’t work properly. Door will not fully open. Opens and closes in fits and starts, not reaching fully open or closed. Basically useless. Anas promised to return tomorrow to fix it. We shall see. PS I’ve already paid.

I had a pretty good experience with the quality of the work here. The technician showed up on time and finished the job quickly, and the repair itself was solid. That said, I was really frustrated by the lack of transparency with the pricing. I was quoted $200 for a spring replacement, but it turned out that was per spring, so the final bill was double what I expected. It felt like a bait-and-switch, and I think they should be upfront about the total cost before starting the work. Great repair, but the pricing surprise really soured the experience.
