I had my home garage door repaired by Evan and he was amazing. His expertise, honesty and thoroughness was exceptional. I will only call Precision from here on out for any issues, and always request Evan. Also, he was very conscious about safety, wearing a mask at all times and using gloves and cleaning as he went.

Russ, my technician... was great...! I really appreciated that he called and gave me a heads up as to his arrival time...!! Once, he arrived he assessed the issue and gave me options on how to resolve...Once, I gave him the go ahead...He was efficient and took care of the issue .in a timely fashion and was very pleasant .....I highly recommend Russ...and Percision!!

I had a good experience with this company. I decided to purchase a garage door and opener. Jesse came out to take the order and then returned after installation to make some minor adjustments. Great door and excellent customer service!
