The work was well done professionally but I didn't expect when a call stating will be at your home within 30 minutes the person did not show up till an hour later. I do understand unexpected things do happen. Also, reading the handout guide about my new garage door and motor it better it the worker can show me. I was show how to use the remote but a person to person explaining how to do myQ camera would be helpful and show me the location of the camera on my Liftmaster. Another, the user guide myQ serial number and product serial number they should inform me about it so I can write it on my user guide book. The serial number is on top of the motor already installed too high for me to see. I am trying to set the clock on the wall button better if shown. The workers are in a hurry to go to their next job/appointment. Mr. Armando did ask if have questions. I do not know since this is a new Liftmaster until I experience what I don't know.

While the tech did check all moving parts and applied lubricants as necessary, he was not able to correct the angle of the bottom edge so rodents aren’t able to get under the door.

Anas worked very hard. Very pleasant person. But, the new opener doesn’t work properly. Door will not fully open. Opens and closes in fits and starts, not reaching fully open or closed. Basically useless. Anas promised to return tomorrow to fix it. We shall see. PS I’ve already paid.

I called Precision because my son, Daniel, told me he had been pleased with your services. So am I. My remote opener was opening but not closing the door. I had checked for obstructions but didn't find any reason for the balky door. Julian checked some things (I'm not mechanically inclined) and the door closed. I have no clue as to why, but as long as it works, I'm happy. Julian gave me three options and I am strongly considering having Precision install a new door later this fall and I want Julian in charge of this installation. Kyle Keefauver was FANTASTIC! Very professional and patient, explained everything beforehand. But one star was lost due to a misleading estimate provided on the phone. I asked about the price for replacing a broken spring and was told it "starts at $205 per spring." Technically true but no where close to the actual price for a spring for my rollup door. Thus Kyle had to deal with my sticker shock. The office staff needs to go one step farther and ensure they are not misleading the customers.

Julian Bacca, your service rep did an excellent job in explaining the problem and options regarding our garage opener. He installed the new opener and explained its operation and went over it with me completely. I used Precision in the past, so I selected them for this job. I would have given a 5 star rating but did not do so due to the cost.

The installer did not inform me I would be charged extra for two additional garage door clickers. This was not even discussed nor was the possibility of repairing the existing opener. Overall way too expensive for a basic garage door opener.

I chose Precision in support of local business. Julian did a good clean job. He polite and a quick worker. The only negative I took away from this experience is that my after market key fob remotes don't work with the new motor. They may be out dated, but I felt that the tech should have offered to program them as well as the one in my car
