The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the pricing experience. I received an email advertising a $29.99 Garage Door Tune-Up Special, which included a 25-point inspection, lubrication, and adjustment of all garage door parts, with an expiration date of June 30, 2026. My appointment was on June 24, 2026, well before the expiration date. However, when the technician arrived, I was told that the coupon could not be honored and that my options were now $99, $469, or $1,395. Since the technician was already there, I chose the $99 service. What bothered me was what felt like a bait-and-switch. As a first-time customer, it left me questioning whether I could trust the company to be honest about future service recommendations and pricing. That said, I want to be fair. The technician was professional, personable, and completed the tune-up efficiently. I don't blame him for the pricing issue—that decision is on the company. The service itself was good, and my garage door is noticeably quieter now. If the company had honored the advertised special or clearly communicated that it was no longer valid before scheduling the appointment, my review would have been much more positive.

After posting my original review, the owner of the company personally reached out to discuss my concerns. He explained that the coupon I had referenced was actually from a different company, which is why they were unable to honor it. I truly appreciated him taking the time to call, explain the situation, and make sure we were satisfied with the service. I respect the professionalism and customer service shown by the owner in following up personally. The technician who performed the service was also professional, courteous, and completed the work efficiently. Most importantly, my garage door is now operating much more quietly. I appreciate the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to address my concerns directly.

The Technician came in the time frame. He was very polite and knowledgeable . He explained everything and send a nice detailed estimate on labor and parts. I had two other Company's come to give me estimates and it was awful. No communication or written estimates and one was one and a half hours late. I'm glad I called Precision . I have a new door ordered and I'm confident the installation will be satisfactory

I read the company’s great reviews and decided to schedule an appointment. I had the pleasure of being assigned to Rene, and he did not disappoint. His professionalism and the clear way he explained all of my different options made it incredibly easy to move forward with the repairs. Great work and a fantastic overall experience. Julian is the man…..great employee and genuine guy! His service visit was like having a family member or good friend we’ve known for years coming to help us out with our garage door repair. He was professional, courteous, and efficient……job was done in 20 minutes! He took the time to show us details of the previous job done prior by different repair company. Excellent service. Julian kept me updated on his ETA so that I wouldn't be waiting and can take care of any errands prior to his arrival. He was attentive to my story and had suspected what the issue may be. He then checked the area out and confirmed his suspicion of the garage issue and gave me a run down on what he needed to do next. He performed the next steps in a timely manner. He was also extremely friendly and treated me as a person and not just an appointment to check off - a character that personally believe in and feel fortunate to have had an expert with that kind of quality. Highly recommend 15 out of 10 stars for Julian!
