Julian was very professional and no heavy attempt to up sale. He did find a mistake the last guy who worked on the door made which may have contributed to the reason I called precision. They were able to respond in two hours.

Review:

Armando was an excellent representative! I give him 10+ stars! He arrived w/in the allotted time frame (actually earlier than last time spot), and let me know when he was a few minutes away. His questions were easily understood and his recommendations were perfect. His explanations of the new remotes and opener were great. He is an excellent employee! I would ask for him again should I need more work. Thank you Armando and Precision Door Services. Teresa (Teri) Kennan

Review:

Julian did a great job of explaining the cause of the existing opener failure and they the options. I selected the side mount motor. It is much quieter, and he completed the new installation in about an hour and completely removed all debris from the original opener. Julian did a great job.

Review:

OMG! This company was AMAZING! It was 4pm the day before when I called them in a panic because my car was trapped in the garage. I called another company & they wanted $399 to come out the same day. What?!? Precision Overhead Garage Door showed up EARLY the next day and fixed my problem in a very short period of time. They didn't even charge me a service charge. Their pricing was fair. Their tech Julian was very professional & applied discounts to save this senior $$ and I didn't even have to ask! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!

Wonderful service. What seems like a small problem can be very upsetting when you are old and not feeling well. I was very pleasently surprised how quickly you responded and how great your technician, Armando Bacco, was explaining what he was doing. My problem was solved efficiently and at a very fair price. I would not hesitate to call you again if I have any problem with my garage door. Thank you.

Review:

It was time to replace our garage door motor. Julian arrived on time and explained the options I had to choose from. Unfortunately the garage door opener I wanted, would not work because of a beam I have in the garage. The final outcome, he helped pick out the right motor for us and my wife and I are very happy with it.

Review:

I have called on Precision Garage Door twice now, once for inspection & repairs and this time, for replacement of the rubber strip that runs along the bottom of my door. Both experiences were a delight. For my most recent call, Julian was extremely courteous, friendly and listened carefully as I explained the problem. He answered all my questions, provided an estimate and completed the work in the expected amount of time. He also made a quick inspection of everything else, recommended new rollers for a quieter door but exerted no pressure. He fully understood when I opted to decline for now since there was no safety issue and I'm watching my budget. On both occasions I've had top-notch service from Precision from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. I'll use them again for future inspections and repairs and I highly recommend them to others!

Review:

Excellent service, but you cost way too much !!! I knew the estimate sounded high, but I later confirmed with other companies, that it was too high. I should have gotten a couple of different quotes first. I don't think I can feel right recommending your company to friends, relatives or neighbors. I don't want them to be angry at me when they get the bill. ( You replaced 2 vertical tracks, 2 cables, 1 bracket, and lubricated the rollers. Total time was about 1 + 1/2 hours labor ) I still feel that I was taken advantage of. I know I'll never hear from your company, but I have to be honest.
