The work was well done professionally but I didn't expect when a call stating will be at your home within 30 minutes the person did not show up till an hour later. I do understand unexpected things do happen. Also, reading the handout guide about my new garage door and motor it better it the worker can show me. I was show how to use the remote but a person to person explaining how to do myQ camera would be helpful and show me the location of the camera on my Liftmaster. Another, the user guide myQ serial number and product serial number they should inform me about it so I can write it on my user guide book. The serial number is on top of the motor already installed too high for me to see. I am trying to set the clock on the wall button better if shown. The workers are in a hurry to go to their next job/appointment. Mr. Armando did ask if have questions. I do not know since this is a new Liftmaster until I experience what I don't know.

My technician, Jose R, was the best. He thoroughly explained the situation with my broken springs. Not only did he replaced the two springs. but he took the time to lubricate all of the hinges. My garage door never ran so smooth. Thanks Again, Jose!

Precision did an amazing job replacing my old single panel door with a new 4 panel tracked door. Miguel and Colt came out to get measurements and give me the estimate, they did a great job talking me through the door options and reassured me that there would be no issues installing with the minimal head room available in my garage. I was able to get the install scheduled for less than a week later. On the day of install, Javier and Kevin came over with the new door. They were able to get the old door down and the new one installed in about 4 hours. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Thanks team.

I requested an estimate to replace my current door. The person sent called me bofore arriving. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me good ideas on what time of door to order based on my use for the garage. I ordered a door based on his recommendations. He told me that when the door arrived I would be called to schedule the installation.
