Friendly staff on the phone and I had a technician come out to my home within 30 minutes. That was great! The technician Tony, was a friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. Jacob came before our scheduled time, but he called and asked. He did a stellar job of changing our code for two remotes and the car. He also added a keypad which will be another option. Work was complete in less than half an hour... so grateful - our pool guy left without returning our remote thus the reason for the change.

In August of 2020 Precision Door installed a new door lift. Yesterday, July 31, 2022 the door lift began malfunctioning in that the garage door would go down and then return back up rather that staying down. I called Precision Door this morning and a technician came by right after lunch, saw the problem and quickly repaired the door lift. Moreover, the repair was charged as a warranty repair at no cost. In short, I received outstanding service from Precision Door and I thank you.

Called Tuesday 3pm, they were able to schedule someone Wednesday morning. Appreciate the call 20 minutes before arriving. techincan knew to what parts to replace. Finish in 1.5 hours, as he promised. One minor issue, I had asked them to call my cell, instead of home landline, but system did not update my contact info.

Broken spring on garage door. Could not lift the garage door. Could not use my car, because the garage door would not move. Precision came out. I got a phone call and text, notifying me that Precision would arrive in 20 minutes. And he did. The service person wore a mask. I got a quote, then the repair was done. Very efficient. I was very pleased with your service. My call for help was answered with immediate help by a very experienced operator. On the next day I received a call informing me the repair man was on his way and he arrived right on time. I was having a problem getting the door to stay closed in my 6 months old door opener. It was fixed in a very short time, checked out thoroughly and there was no charge for the service.
