I rarely give five star reviews but Julian Baca's work was well deserved for numerous reasons. He used multiple resources to make sure we knew he was on his way: telephone call, voice mail and text. He arrived two minutes earlier than projected. He right away recognized that the spring was not old. Additionally, he was NOT pushy in presenting the various options. He gave us enough information so that we could make an informed decision. I understand why he has so many 5 star reviews!!!

Julian was very good at communicating and trouble shooting the problems with my garage door opener. I was skeptical at first thinking the technician would push replacing the opener.
