I am very happy with Precision Door Services of Southern California. Precision replaced our original garage door motor and opener in 2022. Today we had it serviced by Tony and he could not have been more helpful. I would strongly recommend this company and intend on using them again.

Both my remotes and keypad for my garage door opener suddenly started acting up - sporadically not opening or not closing the garage door. I thought they were the problem. I'm a handy guy and a computer geek at that, so after much troubleshooting on my own which included calls to the manufacturer and ordering new remotes (which also didn't work), I called Precision. After even more troubleshooting with Eric P., it was determined that the logic board in the door opener was faulty. Sadly, I was going to have to replace the garage door opener. Happily, however, Eric was able to do just that (surprise) and now I have a quieter opener than my previous one and one that's more powerful as well. Plus, the keypad and remotes all work great, I have WiFi access too, and both our cars can open the garage door! (Oh, did I mention that that was sporadically a problem too?). Eric was great, explained everything and was extremely helpful and professional. Lifetime warranty on the product (Liftmaster 8550WLB). Very satisfied. I'd call them again, though I hope I don't have to.
