The technician came out and inspected the door and gave me 3 options ranging from lowest price to higher. He explained everything so that I could understand it. I chose the garage door rebuild and the results were amazing. My garage door now opens quietly and smoothly. He had everything he needed on his truck for the repair and he was a knowledgeable and nice guy. The repair took about 2 hours. I highly recommend this company.

Technician Jason Stanfield: very professional and knowledgeable about all things related to garage doors and openers. Called to let me know when he'd be arriving, and arrived promptly. Was very helpful in discussing the issue I called Precision about. Suggested future course of action. No sales pressure: just the facts. A fair man. I have had work done by Precision previous years: spring related and opener installation. Their technicians are well trained and know what they are doing. Precision is not cheap, but as is usually the case "You get what you pay for". Other "low cost" garage door companies I have dealt with were quite disappointing. Waste of money. Some were outright flakes.

Julian was professional and corrected the problem, which was a bracket installed incorrectly. This caused the bracket to rub on the cable that eventually broke after scratching the door. The warranty was only six months, and the door is six years old, so Precision charged $325.00 for the repair. Julian deserves five stars. Precision deserves 0, because they don't behind their work.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was outstanding! After I called, they quickly scheduled a tech to come to our home to assess the issue (garage door motor). The tech who came out (Michael K.) was awesome. Michael showed up on time and quickly figured out the issue. He provided me several options. Michael was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Garage door kept stopping and reversing whenever I tried to open or close it. Alex inspected the door and informed me that I needed a whole new door, motor, etc., and went over my options. I picked a similar door - the total was over $4,500. I called West Coast Garage Door and they changed the motor within 1 hour for $600. It's working just fine now.
