My technician Julian was very professional and friendly greeted me with a smile. He was very knowledgeable also helped my neighbor who had a question about his garage door. He fixed my broken springs within 45 minutes. I thought I was going to just get an estimate and get scheduled for a repair but he had all the parts needed in his truck and was done in 45 minutes, didn't have to ask for another day off. I am extremely happy with my service. Definitely will use this company again for a complete door installation.

Julian did a great job of explaining the cause of the existing opener failure and they the options. I selected the side mount motor. It is much quieter, and he completed the new installation in about an hour and completely removed all debris from the original opener. Julian did a great job.

OMG! This company was AMAZING! It was 4pm the day before when I called them in a panic because my car was trapped in the garage. I called another company & they wanted $399 to come out the same day. What?!? Precision Overhead Garage Door showed up EARLY the next day and fixed my problem in a very short period of time. They didn't even charge me a service charge. Their pricing was fair. Their tech Julian was very professional & applied discounts to save this senior $$ and I didn't even have to ask! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!

I paid your company $70 for a service call, and your driver was here for only 15 minutes. Soon, I figured out that it’d be cheaper to go with another provider instead of paying $300-$500 for what should be a $170-$180 fix. Before contacting you, I checked with other companies, sending them videos of my garage door issue, and they mostly agreed on the problem and gave me consistent quotes. I went with you because I’d trusted your company in the past, I’m not a door expert. But I know and feel when someone is trying to take advantage of me. I ended up having a local outfit repair it and saved $90 yes, I lost $70 but I learned a lesson along the way and fyi your drive was polite and professional I understand he was just doing his job. Thank you. PS. I would have paid you the $170 your guy was already there.
