OMG! This company was AMAZING! It was 4pm the day before when I called them in a panic because my car was trapped in the garage. I called another company & they wanted $399 to come out the same day. What?!? Precision Overhead Garage Door showed up EARLY the next day and fixed my problem in a very short period of time. They didn't even charge me a service charge. Their pricing was fair. I paid your company $70 for a service call, and your driver was here for only 15 minutes. Soon, I figured out that it’d be cheaper to go with another provider instead of paying $300-$500 for what should be a $170-$180 fix. Before contacting you, I checked with other companies, sending them videos of my garage door issue, and they mostly agreed on the problem and gave me consistent quotes. I went with you because I’d trusted your company in the past, I’m not a door expert. But I know and feel when someone is trying to take advantage of me. I ended up having a local outfit repair it and saved $90 yes, I lost $70 but I learned a lesson along the way and fyi your drive was polite and professional I understand he was just doing his job. Thank you. PS. I would have paid you the $170 your guy was already there.

My technician Armando was amazing. Don't make the mistake I did of calling someone else first. I needed my torsion spring balanced and the first guy I found on Google charged $200, didn't fix it then ghosted me. I called Precision and they installed a new spring to replace my old one, balanced it, and helped me install my side mount garage door opener. He didn't leave until everything was perfect.
