He was able to fix our garage door ( torsion spring replaced) and did a great job. He took the time to speak with my husband via the phone to explain the nature and extent of repairs and to answer questions my husband had. Julian was great and is a wonderful representative of your company.

It cost me around $800 to replace both springs and end bearing plates. I think it is a bit expense. If I had the time, I would have bought the parts online myself and save me $400 at least.

I had a broken spring and a very old, not well-maintained garage door opener. Armando was very professional and made our options very clear. I chose Precision in support of local business. Julian did a good clean job. He polite and a quick worker. The only negative I took away from this experience is that my after market key fob remotes don't work with the new motor. They may be out dated, but I felt that the tech should have offered to program them as well as the one in my car

Armando was awesome! I had a bad experience with another company earlier in the day which quoted me $3500 to change the springs. I called Precision and within an hour Armando (very knowledgeable) showed up and explained I didn’t even need springs but needed bearings. He had both doors done in about 45 minutes, charged a fair price and was on his way. Excellent service!

Wonderful service. What seems like a small problem can be very upsetting when you are old and not feeling well. It was time to replace our garage door motor. Julian arrived on time and explained the options I had to choose from. Unfortunately the garage door opener I wanted, would not work because of a beam I have in the garage. I have called on Precision Garage Door twice now, once for inspection & repairs and this time, for replacement of the rubber strip that runs along the bottom of my door. Both experiences were a delight. For my most recent call, Julian was extremely courteous, friendly and listened carefully as I explained the problem. He answered all my questions, provided an estimate and completed the work in the expected amount of time. He also made a quick inspection of everything else, recommended new rollers for a quieter door but exerted no pressure. He fully understood when I opted to decline for now since there was no safety issue and I'm watching my budget. On both occasions I've had top-notch service from Precision from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. I'll use them again for future inspections and repairs and I highly recommend them to others!

Excellent service, but you cost way too much !!! I knew the estimate sounded high, but I later confirmed with other companies, that it was too high. I should have gotten a couple of different quotes first. I don't think I can feel right recommending your company to friends, relatives or neighbors. I don't want them to be angry at me when they get the bill. ( You replaced 2 vertical tracks, 2 cables, 1 bracket, and lubricated the rollers. Total time was about 1 + 1/2 hours labor ) I still feel that I was taken advantage of. I know I'll never hear from your company, but I have to be honest.
