After two years of installing, the garage door started making a few noises. Decided to give it a tune up. Called the original installer and when they didn't turn my call, I called Precision because of their tv advertisements. Julian arrived and after confirming the quoted promo price, did a quick and thorough job of evaluating what was needed. Performed the tune up and answered all my questions including giving a few maintenance tips. Very friendly and very knowledgeable!! Will definitely call Precision and ask for Julian should I need any further service on my garage door!!

The expectations were met and likely exceeded as we had a broken motor. Miguel, was courteous and professional and described the work needed to be done. He did a great job and explained how the newer mechanism had some features that were not available when we replaced our other garage's motor with an earlier version of the LiftMaster. He also replaced the rollers on our heavy garage door. I have used Precision before and wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future issues. They are also recommended by many in our local homeowners' association with many positive comments.

We called Precision as a result of our community google group where others here highly recommending Precision. Our garage door remotes stopped working and while I have “paired” remotes before, I could not make it work this time and we noticed that the opener track was becoming detached from the wall of the garage so we decided to call for help. Sean Hogan showed up exactly on time after calling while enroute as promised by their staff the day before. He looked at our opener and checked out the remote issue and basically the old opener had problems that could not easily be fixed. We opted for a new belt driven opener and Sean installed it very quickly and neatly cleaning up when he was done. He took just a couple minutes to walk up through the use of it (super simple but nice to have someone make sure we did not have questions) and man it is nearly silent compared to the old one. He was a very friendly and knowledgeable person and we felt he was very trustworthy. We are so glad we went with what many other home owners in our community advised and called Precision Garage Door!!!

I'd just like to say that 5 STARS are NOT ENOUGH!!! What an incredibly polished and well-managed business structure. I got awesome garage-door-issue resolution so very FAST!! Great congenial personnel on the phones,too. Rachel set up my appointment. About a half an hour after getting off the phone and making the appointment I decided to go move my car so the technician would have room to work. Martin, the technician, was already driving up with a great big smile. He was a first-class pro right from the start. Got the job done in record time. And such a great attitude about applying his skills and experience to GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!
