I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Doors, starting with how it was so easy to make an appointment for the same day. My Liftmaster garage opener needed to be reprogrammed. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door service. They have a 7 day a week service which is a huge benefit. Not being able to get ones garage door open (with vehicles inside) on a weekend sold me immediately on Precision Door Service. They were able to schedule me on Sunday and fixed the broken garage door springs within a decent time frame. Sean H. was very nice, knowledgeable and professional.

I have been using Precision since 2012 when we had garage springs changed. We had a tune-up in 2017 and just had them replace the old springs. Every one of the technicians were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have excellent customer service and are on time. Highly recommended.

Repair costs were significantly higher than the impression i received on my initial phone call when setting up the appointment. Great same day service on short notice too. They were out in less than 2 hours of my initial call. I did take them up on the offer to upgrade to the quiet package and the Jackshaft unit. Best decision I made, got rid of the overhead rail and no chain to deal with. The unit is super quiet now compared to the screw drive we had before.

I am very satisfied with the work Jesus did. His recommendations were right-on. I wish I had used Presicion a few years ago when the door broke last time. The last company refused to offer me a warranty (which should have been a red flag). The door opens much more quietly now. The cost was a bit more that I was expecting, but overall, I'm very satisfied.

I would recommend Precision to anyone. Jesus was professional, courteous, and skilled. He called to confirm the appointment which was a late night emergency and replaced our springs excellently. Jesus made all the difference by explaining the costs and repair time accurately. Great quality springs, still a bargain even if someone else was cheaper.
