They did good work. Very happy with the end result. My technician did a good job and was a nice guy. My single complaint was that he took a smoke break part way through the job at the end of my driveway. Didn’t mind that so much, but he left the butt on my driveway. Should’ve policed his trash.

Julian is the man…..great employee and genuine guy! His service visit was like having a family member or good friend we’ve known for years coming to help us out with our garage door repair. He was professional, courteous, and efficient……job was done in 20 minutes! He took the time to show us details of the previous job done prior by different repair company. I said my wife, “I told you we should have called Precision in the first place.” We send our gratitude and appreciation to Julian. My wife liked how photo was sent of technician being sent. Tech was just was only interested in selling me a whole new door. Did not want to repair it. Said it was too damaged to be able to be fixed and could not guarantee repairs. It had mostly just cosmetic issues that do not affect operation (dings and dents). Tried to pull the wool over my eyes with his dismal diagnosis. I ended up fixing it myself in about 1 1/2 hours and did not even need to replace any parts. (my first time doing this). Door works just fine now. Go check it out and you will see it is all back together. and working fine.
