I got a new lift master system 6 months ago. It has been working very well. It looks modern and minimal, elevating my garage to a much needed look. It is also much quieter and smoother than the old one. The installer was amazing. He was very polite and efficient. I’ve had the best experience with Precision Garage, largely due to the technician , named Anas, who was simply awesome ! He was really detailed , thorough, patient and very skillful. He would take extra steps and go above and beyond to correctly diagnose the issue even if it means he would have to do extra work for it . He made sure the issue was properly diagnosed and effectively executed. He explained step by step so patiently .. and you can totally tell that he has so much skill and knowledge regarding everything related to garage . We had to replace the motor , and i love the product he suggested and how it is functioning. I thought I was just going to have a working garage , but Anas made my garage door upgraded version and I just love the new way my garage works now . Much more smooth and effectively functioning. Anas really made my experience with our garage door issue as pleasant and satisfying as possible. I would totally recommend Precision.. and if you can request for Anas for technician.

The Precision technician was polite and friendly, but he claimed that I needed a new garage door and new hardware, when I really didn’t. The estimate he gave me was way overpriced, and I chose a different company that did not try to upsell me.

waited 4.5 hours for service writer. They double book appointments, was not impressed. Needed an estimate for a new door. Their prices are higher than an independent. It was not a great experience. I blame whoever is making appointments. The service writer was great, took a bit longer, had to wait while he was training someone.

Very professional service. Came out same day to do the repairs. Replace broken spring and checked on other 20 year parts to insure if they would last. Gave a fair estimate and did not leave until the job was completed and and everything was working better than when they arrived. They are on my list for any future needs or recommendations.

Our great experience with Precision started with the person who answered my call. Her responses to questions about your company were must encouraging. She booked Michael for today. He arrived in uniform with a company truck and handed me his business card. Per my request he took me through an assessment of each door in detail. Since I have a hearing problem it took him longer than he might have planned for. He solved the problem we were having with a motion sensor on one of the three doors and made other minor adjustments. We will be scheduling a visit in July with Michael for another inspection, lubrication etc. The overall experience was Five Star. Our home is in a HOA and Susan is on the board and spoke with Michael as well. He and Precision will be recommended to our members. David and Susan 2/28/2020
