Precision door has done a fantastic job every time they have serviced our garage door. Michael K. did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Explained everything to my husband and recommended ways to keep our door operating perfectly. He did the maintenance in a very reasonable amount of time. Will definitely be calling again for our next service.

Our great experience with Precision started with the person who answered my call. Her responses to questions about your company were must encouraging. She booked Michael for today. He arrived in uniform with a company truck and handed me his business card. Per my request he took me through an assessment of each door in detail. Since I have a hearing problem it took him longer than he might have planned for. He solved the problem we were having with a motion sensor on one of the three doors and made other minor adjustments. We will be scheduling a visit in July with Michael for another inspection, lubrication etc. The overall experience was Five Star. Our home is in a HOA and Susan is on the board and spoke with Michael as well. He and Precision will be recommended to our members. David and Susan 2/28/2020
