I really, really like Dylan. He is respectful, explains the technical, mechanical, and options for repairs very well. He responded to my questions. Examined every inch of my present garage door. He thought about explained how it all would work. Now I have a new garage door company...Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My garage door is one year old exactly. The original installer would not explain anything to me, He brushed off my questions and comments. He kept telling me everything was alright. He just wanted his money. He was totally disrespectful. Very Satisfied - I called Precision at 7:30 in the morning because my 24 year old Garage door broke that morning, locking my car inside! Mike came out this morning bright and early and explained what needed to be done to replace a broken spring. He explained why it was necessary to replace them all and then immediately went to work. He was courteous and showed me what he had done, how the door was balanced properly and sprayed all of the bolts in the frame.
