Kyle Keefauver was FANTASTIC! Very professional and patient, explained everything beforehand. But one star was lost due to a misleading estimate provided on the phone. I asked about the price for replacing a broken spring and was told it "starts at $205 per spring." Technically true but no where close to the actual price for a spring for my rollup door. Thus Kyle had to deal with my sticker shock. The office staff needs to go one step farther and ensure they are not misleading the customers.

I made an appointment online and had a technician come to my house four hours later. The technician was quick to diagnose the issue and gave me several options on how to fix it. The technician was very diligent, polite, and quick. The price for their work was fair. I would definitely recommend them.
