The office staff was courteous and was able to schedule a next-day appointment (non-emergency). Service technician Kyle maintained communication with me to inform me of his arrival time. I required a battery replacement for a wall-mounted opener, which was mounted in a challenging location. Kyle and Adrian handled the situation efficiently and professionally. We chose Precision Garage Door because of their reviews, and they didn't disappoint! Kyle was our technician and he did a great job, he kept us informed during the process.
