Dylan was our expert technician, and he was both courteous & professional - clear in the service options for our issues, and completed the work quickly but very thoroughly. Nordstrom level service!!! Dylan was our guy. Came to the house, looked the garage door over and performed the repairs necessary. No pressure from the technician in any additional repairs. A little pricey for what I had done but worth every penny. Im very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

Our garage door is one of the most important pieces of our home that helps us feel safe and protected. When it started acting up, we called a couple of different companies. The technician was knowledgeable and did not try to hard sell me on what I did not need. He called before arriving so I could be there. Very professional service. My one complaint was that my garage spring had broke on Saturday night. My car was trapped in the studio garage. No technicians were available to help. I had to ask my office manager for a lift home since my husband was working out of town. Not being able to get the help I needed that night, caused me to be without a car, which caused other problems. If your motto is 24/7 service, please be sure to have the manpower to back it up.
