The springs on my garage door broke this morning. I called Precision Door and they sent Jose R. out the same afternoon. Jose was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained the situation and installed a new opener and two new springs very quickly. He explained the warranty and how to use my new opener. We also used Precision Garage for our home in Granada Hills, they installed a brand new door back in approximately 2006, still working great! We had our Torsion Spring replaced today. Lance provided me with a complete and comprehensive estimate with plenty of options. Since I went with a special order, we placed the order and received the "ready to install" call right on time. Matt and Stephan were my install team and they were great. Not only did they provide me with a detailed explanation on what to expect, during the entire install, they cleaned up as they went. Never at any given point, did they leave any trash. From the moment they arrived, until the moment the were finished, they were courteous, professional, and focused. Highly recommend Precision!
