I wanted to say we were very impressed with your company’s service. You responded quickly to our request for an appointment. The gentleman who responded and did the work was excellent. Jose kept in contact with me and my tenants. Let us know when he would be there. Contacted me with several options regarding the repair. We chose one and he finished quickly. He instructed the tenants on how to use the manual override on the opener. You are lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you again. Diane Harris

The springs on my garage door broke this morning. I called Precision Door and they sent Jose R. out the same afternoon. Jose was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained the situation and installed a new opener and two new springs very quickly. He explained the warranty and how to use my new opener. I really liked him and definitely recommend Precision Door.

We had a great experience with Julian. He was very professional, on time and pleasant. We also used Precision Garage for our home in Granada Hills, they installed a brand new door back in approximately 2006, still working great! We had our Torsion Spring replaced today. I would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Garage. I really appreciate the text & email when I set the Appointment and the follow up call when Julian was on his way. 5 star absolutely!

Professionals, professionals, professionals! From the moment I received my initial quote to the test run of my fully installed garage door, the customer service and support from Precision was excellent. Lance provided me with a complete and comprehensive estimate with plenty of options. Since I went with a special order, we placed the order and received the "ready to install" call right on time. Matt and Stephan were my install team and they were great. Not only did they provide me with a detailed explanation on what to expect, during the entire install, they cleaned up as they went. Never at any given point, did they leave any trash. From the moment they arrived, until the moment the were finished, they were courteous, professional, and focused. Highly recommend Precision!

Rene was very quick to diagnose our garage door opener challenge and gave us great options for a new one! He also sold us on a great new garage door! He was pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable about openers and garage door replacement! Can’t say anything but what a positive experience we had with Rene Salazar!
