Great service. Booked appointment online on a Sunday night for Monday afternoon. They were early and got the job done asap. Had to replace the cables and rewind the spring. Julian Bacca was knowledgeable and got right to it. Works better now than before the cable broke!

I called, the person who answered was courteous and efficient and set up a time. The technician, Matthew, was beyond capable, he diagnosed the problem, suggested options and was able to install the opener in a very reasonable amount of time. What impressed me was his knowledge about the systems and the ability to diagnose and fix the problem. He was neat, cleaned everything up and I could not be more pleased. You have a great company, technician and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Precision and Matthew to any of my neighbors.

Garage door kept stopping and reversing whenever I tried to open or close it. Alex inspected the door and informed me that I needed a whole new door, motor, etc., and went over my options. I picked a similar door - the total was over $4,500. I called West Coast Garage Door and they changed the motor within 1 hour for $600. It's working just fine now.

I have used your service before - in 2017. Jason was the technician and he did a great job installing garage door springs. Our technician today was Alex Solano. He was also really good. He did a great job assessing our situation and made some recommendations which we decided to go along with. He fixed our problem by installing a new motor and sensors etc. He also explained very clearly what the problem was and was very intent on making our sensors work by going the extra mile. We were very impressed with him. We will always use your company for our garage door repairs and let our neighbors know too.
