The tech was excellent. My problem is that he didn't carry the spring I had, he only carries the most expensive spring. If I wanted the spring I had, it would take maybe up to a week to get it fixed. Why doesn't the techs carry all the springs instead of only the highest price ones. It forces the customers to buy the expensive one. Not happy. I feel ripped off

Due to power outage in my neighborhood, my car was badically trapped ib the garage. I was able to release the lock and open the door manually. When power was restored, I had difficulty in getting the lock to re-engage. I chose Precision Door because I thought I had been served by them in the past. However, I later learned that was not the case. Regardless, the technician came and showed me how to operate the manual release. Because no other work was required, Precision waived their service fee. I call that good customer service.

Initially I thought I needed a new garage door due to my visual inspection of the damage. Called Precision and when the technician Armando came, did the inspection, he informed me I did not; the damage was repairable. What I liked most and am complementing the expert customer service, the technician informed me the door was not up to code, so required sensors were installed; being an older door, they installed a "quiet motor." For the efficient customer service that I received, am highly recommending Precision for any garage door service that is needed.

Refered by fellow condo owners. My technician, Julian Bacca was skilled and efficient in installing my new, very quiet, garage door system. He was polite, friendly, knowledgable, and explained clearly everything I needed to know. I would refer Precision Garage Door Service.

Julian was professional and corrected the problem, which was a bracket installed incorrectly. This caused the bracket to rub on the cable that eventually broke after scratching the door. The warranty was only six months, and the door is six years old, so Precision charged $325.00 for the repair. Julian deserves five stars. Precision deserves 0, because they don't behind their work.

My experience with Precision Garage Door was outstanding! After I called, they quickly scheduled a tech to come to our home to assess the issue (garage door motor). We had used Precision Door Services before and were satisfied with their services, so when Mike came over (exactly when he said he would), we said we were in his hands. Mike was fantastic; he was knowledgeable, friendly, asked us about our needs and worked with us to meet them. We got a new garage door opener, which he installed efficiently while bolstering the door itself, and he worked patiently with us to sync the opener to our cars and our phones.
