Described the garage door springs issue with perfect clarity ... all conversations I had with everyone at the company... everything they said was perfectly clear ... no obfuscation ... and everything was .. actionable (no depletion of cognitive effort), nothing irrelevant (no upsells, no sales pitches), resulting in... lack of dissonance! Anass was excellent! He diagnosed the problem right away and had the equipment and materials to fix it. He explained things thoroughly and made sure I knew how to use everything. It was completely fixed the same day with a more powerful motor and battery backup no less. He left the garage completely clean. Fantastic! It's a great way to start the New Year.

Excellent service. Julian kept me updated on his ETA so that I wouldn't be waiting and can take care of any errands prior to his arrival. He was attentive to my story and had suspected what the issue may be. He then checked the area out and confirmed his suspicion of the garage issue and gave me a run down on what he needed to do next. He performed the next steps in a timely manner. He was also extremely friendly and treated me as a person and not just an appointment to check off - a character that personally believe in and feel fortunate to have had an expert with that kind of quality. Highly recommend 15 out of 10 stars for Julian!

Total upsell. Wanted wanted $678.00 to replace two springs. Call Superior door which I should have done in the first place and they are doing it for a great deal less. I know you have to pay for your commercial but that's absolutely ridiculous.. I would leave zero stars but it won't let me

The Precision technician was polite and friendly, but he claimed that I needed a new garage door and new hardware, when I really didn’t. The estimate he gave me was way overpriced, and I chose a different company that did not try to upsell me.

Precision Door is a thoroughly professional and reliable provider of garage door services. The appointment scheduling was friendly and efficient (next day appointment), confirmation was by both email and text, andthe day of the appointment the technician texted 30 minutes priir to arrival with his picture and a short bio. Dylan was our expert technician, and he was both courteous & professional - clear in the service options for our issues, and completed the work quickly but very thoroughly. First let me say my experience was great and I would absolutely use Precision again. That said, things started a little rocky because I was the last appointment of the day and my technician got held up at another job. Knowing that is always a risk when you are scheduled late in the day, I was not too upset, but they were in communication and let me know about the delay, letting me reschedule for first appointment the next day when it got too late. The next morning, my tech Alex called to confirm his arrival time. He was quickly able to determine the issue, made some recommendations and provided alternatives. I was very happy to see that there was no hard sell, no pressure and he just gave me the information and let me decide. Once I approved, he got to work and had the replacement of my door opener completed. He was polite, explained everything really well and I could not be happier with the job he did. He showed me all the new features and made some recommendations additional recommendations for the future, but again, just gave me the information and to call if I wanted to schedule anything further. Thanks for the great job and I will be calling when I am ready to replace my garage door!
