I usually live Precision Garage Door. This time, they created a massive flood in my garage. What a mess. The precision technician removed a screw from a pipe, which set off the flood. He finally stopped the water by shutting off the Emergency Fire Repair sprinklers. The tech from Precision said the company would reimburse me for the expense of cleaning up the mess, replacing pipes and reinstalling the garage door so it could open and close. I had no working garage fot 3-4 days. I will let everyone know if Precision Garage door foes NOT reimburse me for repairing their damage. Lesia Adler

Fantastic same-day service when our automatic gate remotes stopped working. The technician quickly programmed two replacement remotes and completed the job without wasting any time. We had also used the company for a garage door opener installation and gate battery replacement, and both experiences were excellent. Reliable, efficient, and highly recommended.

I recently moved into a new home and soon realized that the existing garage door opener would need replacing. The garage door itself is a heavy wood door that tilts. The opener was old and noisy and seemed to struggle under the weight of the door. I called Precision Door Service and they came out the same day. Gerardo, the technician, explained, in detail, the issues with the existing opener and the repair work he recommended. He was courteous, professional, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. I’m very pleased with the results. The new opener is a vast improvement and so much quieter - I think my neighbors are happy too. Thank you G!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Justin Estrada regarding our garage door project. From his very first visit, Justin was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to carefully measure everything, provided us with a detailed quote, and patiently answered all of our questions. We especially appreciated how clearly he explained our options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What really impressed us was his follow-through. Just two days later, Justin returned with color samples so we could see the choices in person and feel confident about our decision. That kind of personal attention and customer service is becoming harder and harder to find. Justin’s service has been exceptional from start to finish, and we feel very comfortable moving forward with him. We look forward to completing our garage door project with him after the first of the year. We highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, attentive, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service!
