This company installed my garage door and opener several years ago. The Tech that sold me the door (Jason) was knowledgeable, friendly and fair. He has been out to the house twice since for tune ups and he hasn’t changed. Always good to catch up with him. Previously, I used one of the big companies advertised on the radio and was very disappointed. That company was dishonest and a waist of time and money. Not Precision. I would recommend them to anyone and have done so to my neighbor.

Technician Jason Stanfield: very professional and knowledgeable about all things related to garage doors and openers. Called to let me know when he'd be arriving, and arrived promptly. Was very helpful in discussing the issue I called Precision about. Suggested future course of action. No sales pressure: just the facts. A fair man. I have had work done by Precision previous years: spring related and opener installation. Their technicians are well trained and know what they are doing. Precision is not cheap, but as is usually the case "You get what you pay for". Other "low cost" garage door companies I have dealt with were quite disappointing. Waste of money. Some were outright flakes.
