Scheduled me for 4 hour block, then canceled at the end of that time and rescheduled for another day 4 hour block. Arrived after the time expired. Suggested the door did not need any adjustment but would need new springs some time which would cost $650. I declined.

Terrible is what happened was the gentleman was supposed to come out and install a hinge, which was only going to cost me $39. Instead, he wanted to install new rollers and other items to bring the cost up to $700. So I had to pay a $164 for this work that involved tightening of the spring, which he told me that it didn't need to be tightened and putting in the hinge, totally ripped off a $165 for a hinge. But he said, since I signed the contract before he looked at the door I had to pay a $164, even though the spring did not need to be tightened.

While the tech did check all moving parts and applied lubricants as necessary, he was not able to correct the angle of the bottom edge so rodents aren’t able to get under the door.

Service tech, Brandon, was excellent! He showed up on time, thoroughly inspected all of our garage door components to ensure that any issues (and potential future issues - e.g. stretched cables, etc.) in addition to what we requested service for (broken spring) could be addressed. We were presented multiple repair options allowing us to select a price point and quality level we were comfortable with. Work was completed promptly and competently, and the cost of the parts and labor we selected was fair. We've used Precision multiple times in the past and will continue to use them in the future
