After 18 years, our Liftmaster expired. We replaced our existing unit with a current model and we’re happy! Super quiet and opens easily with my old fashioned wood door. It was easy and convenient to set up an appointment and, they made a visit on a Sunday. Eric Padilla gave us excellent service.

You guys were great! Thanks for the speedy response on the phone and Eric could not have been more attentive to my emergency issue. He let me know when he was on his way, assessed the problem and the solution, checked out all 3 doors, worked diligently and thoroughly to install the new spring, and did it all with a much appreciated customer focus and a smile. When my 34+ year old garage door opener stopped working last Friday, I went online and found Precision. I made an appointment for the next day. Victor arrived and in fewer than two hours, installed a new opener, new rollers and a new wall unit that included a safety lock-out. He explained everything about the use of my new unit. Also, the new opener is so much more quiet than the original. I would use Precision again and request Victor.

My installer was extremely professional and efficient. I was satisfied with with installation and overall process, but I was highly disappointed in the overall price of the job. I paid $800 for just a garage door opener and parts that cost no more than $350 retail. This means I paid $450 labor on a job that took about 2 hours. My garage door broke on Thanksgiving. I had to replace it the day after and did not have time to shop around for rates. I feel like the $800 price for just a garage door opener was extremely high.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. My next door neighbor was have his garage doors replaced and I asked the Tec. Dan to look at my remote when he had the time. He came to my home and immediately diagnosed that we had a fraying garage door cable which could have been a very serious problem if not replaced. Dan called his office and they sent Tomas in 90 minutes, Tomas replaced both cables and fixed the remote in about 40 minutes and for a reasonable cost too. These guys are the BEST!!! Howard Bergman

Precision Garage Doors (Simi Valley Garage Doors) did an exceptional job repairing one of my garage doors. Their response time was quick and they were extremely professional. They also programmed some new remotes for me as well as programmed the remote feature in three of our vehicles. Victor, the service technician was extremely knowledgeable helpful and solved our problem is with ease. Pleasure doing business with them. Definitely recommend them.

Excellent service .... arrived on time, determined issue immediately, and fixed it quicker than I anticipated. Would surely call them again .... in fact, this is the third time I have had them come out to repair my garage door and each time my experience has been excellent. Very professional and very nice people from the operator to the person who came out to my home.

This company was called to help clean up the mess that another company did. Mike Bernhardt was the technician and he did a great job. He was patient in explaining what had and hadn't been done. He worked in a very professional manner and I would definitely call this company again. Tried to leave a similar message on YELP but could not get on.

Thus is the 2cnd time I am using precision doors. Brandon is new to me but his work as well as his integrity was a breath of fresh air.
