Tony was great. Came within a few hours of me calling. Fixed my sensor issue immediately and secured them so I don’t screw up again when sweeping out the garage and knocking into them. He also helped me program an extra remote I had and was nice and patient. Highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with the outstanding service provided by Armando! When he came to assess the issue and realized he would need a staple gun to attach the new trim, he initially set up an appointment with another service specialist at a later date since he didn't have a staple gun on his truck. Then he called me and said he could come back in a few hours with a staple gun to complete the repair, which he did. Problem is solved, and it looks great. He was not also super efficient, he is also a very kind person. I am very happy with the repair.

Julien came on an “emergency “ last minute repair call. He was on time, helpful, and repaired the problem quickly. I had him add a key pad to the exterior door frame, check the springs and add two new remotes. He finished everything in 20 minutes. Definitely a five star rating. Thank you, Precision! After finding Precision on Next Door and reading the reviews on Precision's website, I called and made an appointment to get my garage springs replaced so the door would open. In the afternoon that same day, Julian, Precision's technician, arrived at the appointment time after calling me to let me know that he was on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. He inspected my garage door and and it's opener. Gave me the results of the inspection and the options for fixing the door--replacing the springs. He replaced the springs and serviced the door and it worked great after that. Julian was friendly and positive, personable, and quick, and thorough in fixing my garage door so it works great again. I will definitely use Precision again for any garage repairs.

Anthony and Precision Doors was amazing! We were unable to open our garage door, contacted Precision and the rep was awesome. Anthony was out in less than two hours same day after we made our initial contact. Anthony was able to diagnose our issue and provided different quotes on the spot to repair the broken springs and motor. I thought I was going to have to wait until parts were ordered and schedule a return trip. Anthony had everything in his van and within two hours we were back up and good to go! We had the ultra quiet motor installed and it’s a game changer! Thank you Anthony and Precision Doors!

Armando of Precision Garage Door Service was very helpful. At first, he was skeptical about salvaging the door (I accidentally backed into it with my car when the door closed automatically), but he began working on the garage door and was able to replace the broken roller assembly and align the door to properly open and close. He saved me about $4,000, which would have been the cost to replace the entire door. Also, a new garage door would have taken 3-5 weeks to order because my door frame is not a standard size. All in all, a very favorable outcome. I was very satisfied with his work.

I had to unexpectedly replace my garage door opener today. While this amounted to an unanticipated major expense, the experience was made so much better by my technician, Alfredo Castro-Pastora. Alfredo presented me with three viable solutions and he thoroughly and clearly explained the pros and cons of each option. He assisted me in making the right decision for my situation and completed the installation of a new garage door system, including new motor, glides and key, in less than two hours. Alfredo was courteous, patient and professional, and he provided a great orientation of the new equipment at the conclusion of the installation. Kudos to Precision Door Service and especially to Alfredo for 5-star customer service and support!

FANTASTIC work by Tech Eric P. Eric, was prompt, very PRO and courteous. Got the garage door to open after having been jammed. He also installed the emergency lock release so that I can manually open my garage door during power outages, and took time to lube rollers and installed a new bottom garage door seal to keep debris out of my garage. I am very pleased with all the work that was done.

Technician Armando Bacca was knowledgable, helpful and friendly when he installed two weather strips across my garage doors. Because the new rubber strips were wider than the original ones on the doors he took extra time to make sure they fit properly and adjusted both of the drive motors so the additional height of the new rubber would close smoothly and not cause the elec eye to raise the doors thinking something was in the way. He arrived on time and cleaned up the old strips he removed, a great job,

Jose arrived within the appointed time frame and was very knowledgeable about our problem. He had to adjust the mechanism just to a certain point, and he very successfully did that . After analyzing the problem, he told us the cost, to which we agreed, and the work was completed shortly thereafter. Mr. White, I must commend you, excellency in Customer Service is obviously priority with you and your company. From the moment I called and spoke with woman that answered the phone to the quick and efficient technician I met with shortly after, I was pleased and immediately hired Sean to install 4 new garage springs. He was so thorough, took the time to explain after assessing and cost was in budget. Once I am ready to install new garage door and unit, I will reach out to Precision once again. I met with another garage company few days ago and due to lack of professionalism I did not hire them.
