Highly, highly, highly recommended Precision Garage door! Julian was here early, worked fast and even took the time go over all the work that was done that was agreed upon. He installed the new opener and explained its operation and went over it with me completely. I used Precision in the past, so I selected them for this job. I would have given a 5 star rating but did not do so due to the cost.

Terrible service. The guy came just to install new motor or doors. Does not even look or find a solution to legacy motors or doors. He broke my legacy motor cover and didn't even get off side stole to check electrical wires or sensors. People on your local yellow pages or websites can fix or find solutions to old legacy motors. Plus you can find someones else that will install a garage motor less then a thousand dollars. No thanks.

I called Precision hoping for an immediate service call and i got my wish. Miguel came to service our garage door. Turns out the motor bombed and it needed to be replaced. I didn't have to wait for a new part, he was able to provide it that same day; he handled and resolved the problem right then and there so we weren't impacted with having to wait days before a new motor came in. That was great. Miguel was professional, courteous and explained the repair. He checked and re-checked the installation to ensure it worked. Great service for sure.

So, I drive up to my garage after a trip to Costco..and as you know market trips during COVID19 are very stressful...and my garage door wont open. Nooooooooo.. I unload all the groceries and quickly text my husband. Im about to get on yelp to find a service provider when my husband calls me and says,. “i found an email from the place that came out to repair our garage in 2012.”..(8 years ago) ????. Garage has not needed any repairs since then.. My husband must have been very impressed by them to think of them so many years later. And, I have a very picky and detailed hubby???????????? They send out a technician NEXT DAY... awesome... They give us the standard window of time 8-12pm. But, what is different about them is that they keep you updated. Armando Bacca (Senior Technician) calls to introduce himself. Then on the day of service calls again to let us know we are number three on his list and that he will keep us posted of his time. And, he will notify us 30 minutes before arriving. I appreciated this so much because i was not stuck for three hours not leaving my house...like other service providers have us do. I was able to walk the dogs, get my exercise in, and do small short errands. Yussss ???????????????? Armando arrives as promised and is wearing a face mask (thank u) He is friendly and gets right to work. Explains that we need new-springs and explains the different kind of springs they offer. Did not try to up sell me and instead asked,how many times a day we open the garage. Armando just gave me the facts and details of each spring (warranty ..how many garage door openings it is covered for..etc.) . Cost included BOTH springs . because when one gives out the other is soon to follow...and u want the springs to be the same age. Price was very reasonable and he got it done the same day...did not have to leave for parts and come back ...or schedule me for a second visit. Repair was done perfectly and quickly. Paperwork, signature payment, all done electronically. Now we will be able to find their email 8 years from now ????. Very happy customers ????????

Our opener quit working. Miguel diagnosed the problems and recommended a new opener, which he had with him. He did a quick and complete job installing a new opener. He also noticed that we had a broken spring, and replaced both springs with new springs. Miguel was very professional, friendly, and helpful with the job. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door work.

The visit by your William Fletcher was insulting to me. He did nothing to correct my problem. In fact he took the safety system items without my person. He stated that my door unit required replacement. A copy of the cost and items required was received and reviewed by myself. My self and others found only two item that required repair. This was done and the door system was up and running in a short time. As a result of this, I have sent an email to your company stating that I have canceled my account with your company. No work for me is to be performed by Precision Door Service.

Years in business is always a plus. Lance was on time and very professional. Showed us all the products and asked if we had any questions. Nobody likes to be pressured into buying. Lance did not make us feel that way at all. We liked what we saw and made our decision.

I most definitely give this company and their employees five stars!!! I called early Monday morning for an appt. with an installer, and several hours later two very courteous and professional gentlemen were at our house to measure for a new garage door. Four days later the garage door and opener were installed, and the old wood door was hauled away. Amazing service, amazing professionalism, all questions and concerns answered, and the price was right!!! Thank you Precision Door Service!
