I got a new lift master system 6 months ago. It has been working very well. It looks modern and minimal, elevating my garage to a much needed look. It is also much quieter and smoother than the old one. The installer was amazing. He was very polite and efficient. waited 4.5 hours for service writer. They double book appointments, was not impressed. Needed an estimate for a new door. Their prices are higher than an independent. It was not a great experience. I blame whoever is making appointments. The service writer was great, took a bit longer, had to wait while he was training someone.

The person on the phone was very efficient. I stated I bought a new car and was having trouble syncing it to the garage door opener. I told her I had lost both remotes. She said that would not be a problem. The tech called in the am to give me an estimated time but when he showed up, he stated it was a waste of his time to only give me a remote and that I needed him to do service. When I restated all I wanted at this time was to sync my car to the garage door opener and had a coupon from the web site for $20 off the opener. He sarcastically stated I should use proper terms when discussing garage doors and the opener is not the same as a remote. He told me the cost of the remote and the service call and I agreed to it. He then said it would be another (approximately) $80 to set up the remote. I told him that is pretty costly for something that takes just a few minutes. He said it was because he knew what he was doing and I did not. I would be calling him back and paying for another service call if I did not let him set it up. After he left, it took me 5 minutes to sync the remote. As a woman, I will never use this company again. I am sure if I was a man, I wold have been treated with more respect.

I highly recommend!!! First off, with a 4 hour time frame given for arrival, Russ the technician called me first thing this morning to tell me he for sure would not be there in the first 2 hours, and then called back again 2 hours later to tell me what time he would be here. I SO appreciated not waiting around for 4 hours wondering if someone would show up. Then he took care of everything quickly and efficiently, installing 3 new batteries in my garage door openers. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Technician Eric Padilla provided the service for loose and missing rollers. He installed a new motor with battery back up and a new key pad that can be worked from my phone. He took time to make the new motor work with my car. Wow he was great.

Great experience. Rafael from start to finish managed the transaction. Responded timely with all the questions and inquiries I had. Gave me great examples - even onsite ones. And I was able to maneuver through what could have been a difficult purchase. The guys who installed the door were extremely patient, kind and just fantastic. Dan and Kevin. i have 2 electric garage doors at my current home installed by others years ago. When the springs broke and when the motors broke I called a local company for repairs. They were eager and willing to help, but they never had the parts on their trucks and always had to return for another visit. Several years ago I started using Precision. Precision had the parts and had the knowledge to do everything on the first visit. When I built a new house, I naturally called Precision to get the garage door and the opening system.

Victor came to my house today to diagnose and deal with a problem with our remote garage door openers not working. He very quickly explored different theories, and then asked me if we had any LED lights recently installed. He told me that LED lights emit a signal that can interfere with the remote garage door signals. He then discovered that we had LED lights in the garage door equipment itself, and when he removed the lights the remotes worked fine. I was really impressed with his diagnostic skills and he was so nice. I only was charged a minimal visit fee. I've definitely put Precision Garage Door Service in my data base and that is who I will call for any future issues -- and I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors!
