A bolt holding springs to the door frame pulled out making the system inoperable. Julian arrived promptly on schedule opened the garage door and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Julian was delightfully polite and professional. He recommended I consider using the strongest motor available. I will consider.

Very dissatisfied with the repair. The repair has created a worse, new problem. 4 days and 4 use later, my garage door has pulled away from the track on the opposite side and has stopped mid-way. It won’t go up nor down. I’m not even able to use the emergency release. Part of why I selected Precision is because they advertise that they offer 24hr emergency service. Not true. They have a live answering service that just takes messages. I was told no one would respond to my emergency until the next business day. My property is no longer secure due to this problem nor will we have access to our vehicle to go to work in the morning.

Armando called ahead of time to see if it was o.k. to come a little early. He called again to let me know the exact time of arrival. He went right to work after discussing options and giving me a quote for the job. He was fast and efficient made sure the door was opening and closing properly before he left. It cost me around $800 to replace both springs and end bearing plates. I think it is a bit expense. If I had the time, I would have bought the parts online myself and save me $400 at least.
