Project date: 4/14/2026 I had Precision Door Services of Southern California/San Dimas install a new garage door. Which is beautiful. I selected them both due to their high review rating and looking up their license on CSLB. From my first point of contact to schedule an estimate (Technician Armando Bacca) to the day of installation (Lead Technician Daniel Yracheta & team), I experienced kind, articulate, skilled employees. On the day of installing the new garage door, Lead Technician Daniel Yraeta & team were amazing! They were so well coordinated with one another at each point of the install. I paid your company $70 for a service call, and your driver was here for only 15 minutes. Soon, I figured out that it’d be cheaper to go with another provider instead of paying $300-$500 for what should be a $170-$180 fix. Before contacting you, I checked with other companies, sending them videos of my garage door issue, and they mostly agreed on the problem and gave me consistent quotes. I went with you because I’d trusted your company in the past, I’m not a door expert. But I know and feel when someone is trying to take advantage of me. I ended up having a local outfit repair it and saved $90 yes, I lost $70 but I learned a lesson along the way and fyi your drive was polite and professional I understand he was just doing his job. Thank you. PS. I would have paid you the $170 your guy was already there.

My garage door spring broke and I called a couple of places for estimates. I decided to go with Precision Door to have my garage door replace. Armando came down and gave me an estimate which included 3 options with recommendations and explanations about the options . I was impressed with Armandos professionalism and knowledge. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had. The above reasons was why I decided to have him fix my garage. Armando B. arrived with a mask and taking the proper Covid-19 precautions. He explained the process and conducted the inspection or the garage door and subsequent equipment. Armando Then provided information on what items may need repair/replacement, as well as performed the requested service of replacing the garage door opener. After conducting the work, Armando explained how the new equipment operated, provided a tutorial, and ensured the job site was left clean and free of debris. I would use Precision again and would recommend them to others.

I called Precision because of all the great history and they did live up to the outstanding customer service. I thought I needed a new door since I broke 2 hinges and the door was crooked. Left car trunk door open and carelessly put door down. It jammed and froze????. Miguel came within an hour. Turns out he was able to fix and repair the broken parts!!!!! He was very professional and efficient. Had it fixed less than an hour. Will call these guys again.

Our garage door had just broke the day prior to me seeing your ad on TV. What caught my eye about your ad was that you took all precautions when dealing with the current Covid-19 mess. That was important to me. One of your guys came out, gave us a quote, and your team was here the next day to replace our garage door. (Ours was a 35 year old door...the original door that came with the house!) Our new roll-up door is beautiful and works great so far. Making an appointment was very easy. The technician (Armando Becca) called me in advance that he is on his way. Arrived as scheduled. Explained to him what I thought was a broken sensor but he immediately knew what that actual problem was and informed me that I would have to replace the actual unit. He explained to me the overall cost and he was prepared and had the new unit which he replaced. He said it will take a couple of hours and finished on time. Explained the new unit and clean up after himself, leaving my garage clean. Armando is very professional and friendly and would highly recommend him and Precision Door Service.
