I was Thankful for calling Precision Garage Door Service, Customer Service and our Technician Julian were so nice and professional. Julian explained everything and solved the problem. I appreciate the person who was on call to come to my home between two and five this evening but I don’t appreciate the fact that it cost $590 was just an adjustment that would only take 30 minutes no parts needed ???? Shame!

There are few things more frustrating than broken garage door springs. So when our door didn't open on Saturday morning, I was sure I would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Precision Door Service had their technician Julian B at my door within a four hour window. His friendly, personable service was efficient and professional. He went immediately to work and within one hour had our overhead springs replaced, the door balanced and our mechanism working smoothly. It was a totally "no hassle" process. With a generous warranty on the springs, and the quality service I received, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or have Precision come to my home when needed.

I just purchased my home and needed unexpected service on my garage door. Same day service always a plus. Brian was professional, well trained and very courteous. Upon balancing the door, Brian decided to reinstall longer springs to get it just right. He talked me through the entire process so I understood what he was doing. I'm sure I won't have to worry about these springs for a very long time.

We were very pleased that you were able to provide us with an appointment today and appreciated the call saying the tech would be able to come out earlier than scheduled. The tech, Chris, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing. We hadn't realized one of the springs must have already been broken before we called about the second spring. The service was great and we now know how the door should operate when it's properly installed.

My garage door was continually opening about a 1/4 of the way. I could not lift it by myself after releasing it to put it back to the door opener position. This was unsual, as I was always able to do this by myself. Today it happened again when I had to leave for work. I had to retrieve a neighbor to assist me and I was 30 minutes late for work. Precision door service was recommended to me by a friend. They came out the same day and complete the repair in 20 minutes. The technician was very nice and explained to me what had happened. When I saw the broken spring for myself, I was very grateful that it didn't break the bar. I highly recommend them for repair jobs.

Brian was very cordial and explained everything he was going to do before he began. He reviewed the conditon of the door at the beginning and said that the door was old, but appeared to be in good order. Upon completon, he explained what he had done and said that he had to add one more part (a bearing) that was missing with my old spring set. He demonstrated how eassily the door now operated with the new springs. I was very pleased with the service.

Jesus (service technician) did an excellent job on our rental unit. He kept in communication with me by phone throughout the process. He also coordinated the install time with our tenant and gave me a follow-up call when it was done. I was able to meet him at the rental, and his work and clean-up were superb. Armando has been to my home to service my garage a few times. Each time he has been professionally, courtesy, patient, and knowledgeable. What I appreciate about Armando is once he identifies the issue he will suggest additional maintenance options but not in a “pushy car salesman way.” My neighbor originally recommended Precison Garage as a satisfied customer. She told me “you get what you pay for.” She was spot on!
