The Technician came in the time frame. He was very polite and knowledgeable . He explained everything and send a nice detailed estimate on labor and parts. I had two other Company's come to give me estimates and it was awful. No communication or written estimates and one was one and a half hours late. I'm glad I called Precision . An appointment was scheduled to evaluate whether or not I needed to replace the garage opener. A technician came, assessed the situation, and identified that the opener didn't need to be replaced. It was an electrical issue that only needed the flip of a switch. This saved me a ton of money. I thank Precision Door for being sincere in their efforts to work with the customer without trying to sell something that wasn't needed. I will use this company again in the future.

I appreciate the person who was on call to come to my home between two and five this evening but I don’t appreciate the fact that it cost $590 was just an adjustment that would only take 30 minutes no parts needed ???? Shame!

There are few things more frustrating than broken garage door springs. So when our door didn't open on Saturday morning, I was sure I would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Precision Door Service had their technician Julian B at my door within a four hour window. His friendly, personable service was efficient and professional. He went immediately to work and within one hour had our overhead springs replaced, the door balanced and our mechanism working smoothly. It was a totally "no hassle" process. With a generous warranty on the springs, and the quality service I received, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or have Precision come to my home when needed.
