I am an new customer and had an excellent experience on June 3, 2026. Dillon and Jack installed a new garage door opener, as my 2006 model had finally failed. They were so professional and kind, made me feel valued as a customer and were very respectful of my property. They made sure that the app installed and worked correctly on my phone as well. My old unit didn't have this capability and I appreciate this function very much. My mom lives in Orange County, CA and also needs some help, so I will definitely recommend Precision to her and to my friends in the San Fernando Valley. My husband paid over $1800.00 for a garage door opener and new spring! (Is this the going rate for servicing a garage door?) He was not given a sales receipt itemizing the items nor was there any documentation of the purchase showing the purchase date or information on whom to contact for warranty service. And, although the opener says 'Linear'. the paperwork says 'NICE'. I'm not sure who services this opener. BTW-the opener has only a small light which barely lights the garage and the remote operates only in a small distance from the door itself.

Technician Jonathan was very helpful and informative, explaining all the parts required in fixing it, including new opener, spring and rollers, and stayed to complete it the same day. The installer did not inform me I would be charged extra for two additional garage door clickers. This was not even discussed nor was the possibility of repairing the existing opener. Overall way too expensive for a basic garage door opener.

I noticed this morning that my garage door had been open all night. I could have forgotten to close it. When I closed it this morning it went all the way down and then opened back up. I checked the sensors but couldn't figure out why this was happening. I chatted with Precision and I was given a time frame today. Jason called to tell me what time to expect him. Jason was right on time and he was the employee that gave me the quote when I was looking for a new garage door. He is so professional and very pleasant. Had a major malfunction with my garage door. Called these folks late on a Sunday and they were out on Monday morning. Their technician, Eric, was great. Very knowledgeable of the product and the installation. He worked fast and was able to install an entire new system inside of a couple hours and left the place clean. I'm very happy with the work and the price. I highly recommend!
