Total upsell. Wanted wanted $678.00 to replace two springs. Call Superior door which I should have done in the first place and they are doing it for a great deal less. I know you have to pay for your commercial but that's absolutely ridiculous.. I would leave zero stars but it won't let me

I had to write a view on Julian, he is wonderful so friendly and knowledgeable he is just wonderful. we have a older garage door that has a few issues but Julian always finds the problem and repairs. He is such a lovely young man. So glad he is in our area.

The only negative I took away from this experience is that my after market key fob remotes don't work with the new motor. They may be out dated, but I felt that the tech should have offered to program them as well as the one in my car

To be clear, we are very pleased with the service and work done by Armando B, Senior Service Technician and Precision Door Service. Armando call twice before he arrived, keeping on his schedule. Once arrived, he was very polite and professional. He explained in great detail the work that was going to be done. Once we agreed on the project, he went straight to work and completed his task within 90 minutes. Cleaned his work area, completely lubed and service my door, beyond what needed repairing. Everything was up front, open and honest. I previously dealt with a fly-by-night company and it was a pleasure and refreshing to deal with a professional. Garage door repair - Genie trolly replaced. I thought it was quite costly for such a simple part and changeout. The mandatory service charge did not necessary at $49.95.
