I chose Precision in support of local business. Julian did a good clean job. He polite and a quick worker. The only negative I took away from this experience is that my after market key fob remotes don't work with the new motor. They may be out dated, but I felt that the tech should have offered to program them as well as the one in my car

Julian Bacca did a fantastic job in repairing the rubber strip at the bottom of our garage door and he was knowledgeable as to the reason for the unevenness at the bottom of the garage door. Based on our experience with Julian, we will certainly call Precision Garage Door when it's time for new garage doors.

To be clear, we are very pleased with the service and work done by Armando B, Senior Service Technician and Precision Door Service. Armando call twice before he arrived, keeping on his schedule. Once arrived, he was very polite and professional. He explained in great detail the work that was going to be done. Once we agreed on the project, he went straight to work and completed his task within 90 minutes. Cleaned his work area, completely lubed and service my door, beyond what needed repairing. Everything was up front, open and honest. I previously dealt with a fly-by-night company and it was a pleasure and refreshing to deal with a professional. I would recommend this company highly and especially recommend Armando B to be your service technician. Great Job, we are thankful and pleased.

Garage door repair - Genie trolly replaced. I thought it was quite costly for such a simple part and changeout. The mandatory service charge did not necessary at $49.95. I suppose the total was competative so I cannot complain. Overall the job was done efficiently and effectively. The technician, Brian was courteous and did well. Thanks: Bob

I called to set up the repair on Sat. morning expecting to have to wait till the next week for the service. I was pleasantly surprised to be told someone would be out between 6 & 8 that evening. I received a call around 6:30 explaining that the tech was delayed, but would be out as soon as possible. Again, I was expecting to have to wait, but he arrived at 9:30 and the repair was made within a few minutes. Thank you!

Our experience with Precision Door Services of So Calif exceeded our expectations. Your tech ( Julian) was wonderful. Julian was knowledgeable, personable and professional. He was able to fix our garage door ( torsion spring replaced) and did a great job. He took the time to speak with my husband via the phone to explain the nature and extent of repairs and to answer questions my husband had. Julian was great and is a wonderful representative of your company.
