This is the first time i have ever called a company who worked for us months ago and responded this quick. I am dumbfounded. I called precision door service for the very first time. Great customer service the repair gentleman that came out to my house. His name is Dylan. He was very attentive and he replaced my garage opener, programmed my openers for my cars and explained how the garage door opens and close and any other things that were needed. The Serviceman "Dylan Falkengren" did an excellent job of explaining and showing me the problem areas. Due to our honest conversation after showing us some areas that were not quite ready for repair, we chose to replace everything but the garage door. Total maintenance overhaul: replace broken spring, all door wheels and lift cables, This is my third occasion to bring in Precision Door for a garage door spring to be replaced between our two properties. Dylan todays technician rates 5 stars as well for.. Wonderful communication via phone and text, easy to talk with on the worksite, seeing things that could later cause me problems giving me the choice (no pressure) to include in todays job. He kept his work area clean and orderly with work in progress and left a clean worksite upon completion. These are the reasons we’ve use Precision on this third occasion……we know what we’re going to get for our money!

Thank you, Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Simi Valley, for the timely excellent service provided. Your tech, Dylan Falkengren showed up on-time as promised, a well-groomed gentleman. He was very courteous, professional and helpful: explained what needed to be done to fix and service my overhead garage door. After all the paperwork was done, he got to work right away. To make a long story short, my Garage Door now functions as good as new, no more noise, no more wobbling, the alignment is so perfect. Thank you Dylan, for your excellent service. Both my neighbors checked it out and they were also very impressed with the service. The service fee is also very reasonable, that doesn't break the back of a retiree with serious physical and medical issues. Thank you very much.

I really, really like Dylan. He is respectful, explains the technical, mechanical, and options for repairs very well. He responded to my questions. Examined every inch of my present garage door. He thought about explained how it all would work. Now I have a new garage door company...Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My garage door is one year old exactly. The original installer would not explain anything to me, He brushed off my questions and comments. He kept telling me everything was alright. He just wanted his money. He was totally disrespectful. Again, I will always go with Precision!
