I had a broken spring and a very old, not well-maintained garage door opener. Armando was very professional and made our options very clear. I decided to have everything tuned up/repaired and have a new garage door opener installed. The work was done quickly. I had no idea our garage door could be so quiet! I am very happy with the quality of the work performed; I highly recommend Armando.

Armando was awesome! I had a bad experience with another company earlier in the day which quoted me $3500 to change the springs. I called Precision and within an hour Armando (very knowledgeable) showed up and explained I didn’t even need springs but needed bearings. He had both doors done in about 45 minutes, charged a fair price and was on his way. Excellent service!

Precision takes calls 24/7. My garage door opener broke Sunday afternoon and they had their technician, Alfredo Castro, out Monday morning. Alfredo was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed plus options for additional upgrades. I chose my preferred option and Alfredo completed the work quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the service and the price. Thank you Alfredo and Precision!

Excellent service!!! Someone arrived to fix our door within 2 hours, took less than 2 hours to replace the entire thing, and service man was extremely nice and knowledgable. Super easy and stress free!

It cost me around $800 to replace both springs and end bearing plates. I think it is a bit expense. If I had the time, I would have bought the parts online myself and save me $400 at least.
