Company is very accommodating that I was given the earliest day & time right away. The technician Jose R. , & his trainee were friendly, courteous, explained everything to be done, asked my consent before starting the job as well as company's job, product warranty. They're ontime too, finish their job fast as well.

Technician Julian Bacca arrived on time and greeted me with a smile and was ready to work on my garage door. I explained my concerns about my garage door, Julian did his inspection and gave me recommendations to consider on fixing now and later. Julian got right to work once I gave him my decision on what to replace . Julian is very professional and knowledgeable in his work and finished really fast with no issues. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for all your garage door repairs and upgrades.

After seeing an ad on TV, we decided to try this company as one of our springs had broken. The technician was friendly, on time, efficient and helpful. He explained everything up front and we were extremely satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism.

My technician Armando was amazing. Don't make the mistake I did of calling someone else first. I needed my torsion spring balanced and the first guy I found on Google charged $200, didn't fix it then ghosted me. I called Precision and they installed a new spring to replace my old one, balanced it, and helped me install my side mount garage door opener. He didn't leave until everything was perfect.

It cost me around $800 to replace both springs and end bearing plates. I think it is a bit expense. If I had the time, I would have bought the parts online myself and save me $400 at least.

I had a broken spring and a very old, not well-maintained garage door opener. Armando was very professional and made our options very clear. I decided to have everything tuned up/repaired and have a new garage door opener installed. The work was done quickly. I had no idea our garage door could be so quiet! I am very happy with the quality of the work performed; I highly recommend Armando.

Armando was awesome! I had a bad experience with another company earlier in the day which quoted me $3500 to change the springs. I called Precision and within an hour Armando (very knowledgeable) showed up and explained I didn’t even need springs but needed bearings. He had both doors done in about 45 minutes, charged a fair price and was on his way. Excellent service!

Precision takes calls 24/7. My garage door opener broke Sunday afternoon and they had their technician, Alfredo Castro, out Monday morning. Alfredo was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed plus options for additional upgrades. I chose my preferred option and Alfredo completed the work quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the service and the price. Thank you Alfredo and Precision!
