I am an new customer and had an excellent experience on June 3, 2026. Dillon and Jack installed a new garage door opener, as my 2006 model had finally failed. They were so professional and kind, made me feel valued as a customer and were very respectful of my property. They made sure that the app installed and worked correctly on my phone as well. My old unit didn't have this capability and I appreciate this function very much. My mom lives in Orange County, CA and also needs some help, so I will definitely recommend Precision to her and to my friends in the San Fernando Valley. Dylan, the technician who came to fix our garage door that would only close intermittently, was very resourceful and thorough in his approach to the problem. He offered several options, the first was to adjust the safety devises. We chose to go with that one first. He noted a lot of webs in the area of one of the safety devices and said that the sun might be causing the web to appear to the safety device as blocked by an object. He was absolutely correct. He adjusted the safety devices, removed the webs and the garage door now closes with no further problems. Not only was he competent, he was also polite, respectful and nice.

Great service. Second time. First was in 2008 when they replaced several rollers and adjusted spring. Fair price. great job preformed.
