This was one of the best experiences we had using a company for the first time. The service was excellent. The technician, Jesse Ochoa-Magna was on time. Evan was professional, knowledgable and a good communicator. Evan patiently explained in detail what he needed to do. I understood clearly what the job would entail, and the cost, depending on the extent of the repair job. He worked hard and the job was made especially difficult due to the fact that our garage was full. We are undergoing a kitchen remodel and a lot of our kitchen materials were placed in the garage, including a second refrigerator. Evan was undeterred, worked around the mess and did a great job. Also, Evan was careful to remove unneeded screws (no flat tires!) and materials from the floor before leaving. I don't always receive that level of attention to detail from other workers with other companies. When the time comes for us to replace our garage door, your company will at the top of the list thanks to Evan.

Worried that I was going to have big issues to deal with. Instead, I call Percision, they sent someone out right away (totally unexpected), both issues were taken care of within 30 minutes, & my bill was a surprise. It cost much less than I expected. The will be the only company I deal with from now on.

Our townhouse complex has old-fashioned heavy wooden doors that get saturated with moisture during rainy weather and make it difficult for the garage door opener to lift. Precision sent a technician to my home within an hour of my call. Evan was professional, friendly and had my opener repaired and working better than ever in just a short time. (And he strictly adhered to all COVID-19 protocols, which I greatly appreciated.) I will absolutely use Precision again should the need arise.

Russ & Trevor were extremely professional plus both have good sense of humor. They called to advise me of arrival time within 1/2 hour of being in the driveway. Russ provided me with a detailed overview of the repair as well as some preventive maintenance ideas that could extend the life of the garage door. I believe we are all looking for the right company and person to work with no matter what the issue. Mechanic, Plumber, Electrician, Contractor, etc. and once we find them they are golden to us. I now have a garage door company as they surpassed my expectations in every way from the beginning call to the finish result. Technician Russ was outstanding and was passing on his skills to Hurach who was working with him. What I thought was a problem ended up being a minor fix. However, because of the age of my unit I was given an estimate for the future just in case, which I appreciated. This is my second time using Precision; the first time, about 4 months ago, I used their service because they were the only ones I called who could show up that same day. I was pleased with their service then, so I called them again when something else went wrong with the door opener. The technician came just when he said he would, calling beforehand. He analyzed the problemS--there was more than one--& was able to install the new, larger springs right away to make the door once again easy for me to raise manually if I had to. I was happy!
