Matthew installed a new garage door opener (with a belt drive) for us. He did a professional job with the installation. We were really impressed with his knowledge of the various brands of garage door openers. Since he comes from a family of several generations in this business, he could knowledgeably answer our questions based on his extensive experience. Also, we are impressed with the office staff (Tyler, Anthony) who patiently took the time over the phone to discuss the many options for us. Their knowledge helped us to make a good decision. The service provided by garage door technician Julian & Mathew was excellent. They were both clean and well dressed. Julian was very good at communicating and trouble shooting the problems with my garage door opener. I was skeptical at first thinking the technician would push replacing the opener. I am very happy with the outstanding service provided by Armando! When he came to assess the issue and realized he would need a staple gun to attach the new trim, he initially set up an appointment with another service specialist at a later date since he didn't have a staple gun on his truck. Then he called me and said he could come back in a few hours with a staple gun to complete the repair, which he did. Problem is solved, and it looks great. He was not also super efficient, he is also a very kind person. I am very happy with the repair.
