I needed a new garage door opener. Rene Salazar was on time for the appointment, calling me way. He had the necessary ports in his truck, so he was able to install it right away. He was efficient and thorough in his installation, and made sure the clean up was complete. His manner was very friendly, and he answered all my questions without hesitation.

This company installed my garage door in 2016 & still was able to use the old door opener at that time...unfortunately the door opener was giving me a problem for quite a while & needs a service. So I called up Precision to make an appointment yesterday & was given one for today, Sunday & it's Father's Day. Sean Hogan was the tech assigned for the job who happens to live in my city. He promptly arrived at my place, checked out the old door opener, gave me options & I opted out to replaced the old one with new one...Hopefully, this new Liftmaster garage door opener will serve its purpose for longer period of time. With regards to Sean, thtech is such a cool dude...with his knowledge in mech'l & elect'l eng'g, I really think he knows & enjoys what he's doing ! Keep up the good work & more power to the company !!!

After two years of installing, the garage door started making a few noises. Decided to give it a tune up. Called the original installer and when they didn't turn my call, I called Precision because of their tv advertisements. Julian arrived and after confirming the quoted promo price, did a quick and thorough job of evaluating what was needed. Performed the tune up and answered all my questions including giving a few maintenance tips. Very friendly and very knowledgeable!! Will definitely call Precision and ask for Julian should I need any further service on my garage door!!

I bought a new Lift Master garage door opener on 9/10/25. It comes with a 1 year warranty. Precision Door Services says that the main circuit board needs to be replaced. They said that they will not cover the warranty because the board went out due to a power failure. There was no list of warranty exclusions on the receipt that I have. Their technician Rene was very helpful in trying to get me warranty coverage through Lift Master, but it may take a week to get the replacement board. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I chose this company because they were recommended by Liftmaster. Serveman was punctual, friendly and thoroughly checked everything with the mechanism. Turned out the opener itself motor had burned out. They did not charge me for the service since they couldn’t fix it. I would highly recommend this company.

The gentlemen who came for the maintenance service were cordial and knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and explained everything they were doing to the garage door. They were not pushy at all, they understood exactly what I wanted and provided several options along with clear pricing. We also discussed future plans for the door, and they helped me understand which option would provide the best long-term value. I was very pleased with their service. Over the years, I've engaged dozens of service providers come to my home toprovide various services as well as to repair appliances, systems, structural failures, etc. My experience today with Precision Door Services of SoCal was head-and-shoulders above any previous good experiences I have had. The technicians, Jose, and his trainee, Rene, were on-time, professional, courteous and efficient in their work. Jose did an excellent job explaining the process and fees. Once I accepted to have the work done after his estimate, he went out of his way to show me what was wrong and all the steps he and Rene were taking to fix the problem. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for major or minor work to be done on their garage doors.

The work was well done professionally but I didn't expect when a call stating will be at your home within 30 minutes the person did not show up till an hour later. I do understand unexpected things do happen. Also, reading the handout guide about my new garage door and motor it better it the worker can show me. I was show how to use the remote but a person to person explaining how to do myQ camera would be helpful and show me the location of the camera on my Liftmaster. Another, the user guide myQ serial number and product serial number they should inform me about it so I can write it on my user guide book. The serial number is on top of the motor already installed too high for me to see. I am trying to set the clock on the wall button better if shown. The workers are in a hurry to go to their next job/appointment. Mr. Armando did ask if have questions. I do not know since this is a new Liftmaster until I experience what I don't know.

Technician Anass came out to help with the very old garage door at a century old property where all the interior door lift springs and mechanisms broke. He fitted a new motor and modern lift hardware to the interior so the garage door could be opened again while still maintaining the original historic wooden door.
