1st. Tech Jose did an outstanding job. 2d. He explained his appraisal of work needed and request for additional service recommendations based on his appraisal of my system. They were common sense, no brainer questions I asked! My garage door system was antiquated to say the least. Might be over 30 years old if not older. My compliments to Genie product, to have lasted this long. 3rd, he was, in my opinion, in the time it took to replace my system w the exception of the drive. Replaced my broken spring and I asked him based on age to replace the non broken one also. AND the rest of the system, the rod, pulleys, end wire etc. 4th. He tightened and lubed the rollers etc. 5th. Jose was very customer oriented and a super pleasure to do business with; and in my mind, I will all call Precision in the future. Thank you. My garage door opener was beeping?? Julian came out and replaced the backup battery and did a through inspection of the opener and the door. My door is old and it needed some hinges replaced, new rollers and a tune up. Julian was professional, knowledgeable and charming. He quickly identified the problems and fixed them in a very short period of time. The opener has stopped beeping and the door runs smoother and quieter ! Thank You Julian for great work !

The repair tech was on time.He did a very good inspection of the condition of my wood door and the opener. I had called for the inspection because the springs had been replaced in 2015. I am the proactive type and I would rather replace the springs when I want, not when they demand it. I have been using Precision for about 30 to 40 years and I have always been happy with their work. The "service performed" box does not allow for a note that the springs were replaced before breaking.
