The Technician came in the time frame. He was very polite and knowledgeable . He explained everything and send a nice detailed estimate on labor and parts. I had two other Company's come to give me estimates and it was awful. No communication or written estimates and one was one and a half hours late. I'm glad I called Precision . I have a new door ordered and I'm confident the installation will be satisfactory

I got a new lift master system 6 months ago. It has been working very well. It looks modern and minimal, elevating my garage to a much needed look. It is also much quieter and smoother than the old one. The installer was amazing. He was very polite and efficient. Came out and gave quote for repair without mentioning there’s a fee to come out. Then billed after the inspection. Overpriced and shady. Found someone else to do repair for 1/3 price.

Scheduled me for 4 hour block, then canceled at the end of that time and rescheduled for another day 4 hour block. Arrived after the time expired. Suggested the door did not need any adjustment but would need new springs some time which would cost $650. I declined.

Very professional, great service, great communication. Our garage door broke, and the next day, Percision was there to assess and fix. We purchased a unit that was very quiet, and internet ready. Will hope I won't need to call you guys any time soon, but if I do, I will be in good hands.
