This review was written 10 minutes after the work was done but it appears that everything was done quite well and professionally. The Serviceman "Dylan Falkengren" did an excellent job of explaining and showing me the problem areas. Due to our honest conversation after showing us some areas that were not quite ready for repair, we chose to replace everything but the garage door. Showed up on time and was given a call ahead of time, all good so far. Then there 29.95 sales pitch came into play, just to show up. Thought I was getting a maintenance call for that price. Then, when I told them all I needed was a sensor adjustment the price then went down by a hundred but still $120 for a 5 minute job. I offered $50 which was accepted then a minute later not. Ended up being a waste of time on both our parts. What a way to please a customer. KEEP IT UP! No repair needed but that was not an option in their "Service Performed" section.

Both the office team and the installers were very professional and friendly. I called in the am and they were out in about four hours. The installers Jason and Kevin did a fantastic job and gave me a tutorial on the equipment before leaving. I highly recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs. Unbelievable!WOW! I am at aww of Precision Garage Door Technician, Hrach Ordubekyan, what a professional and a real master of his work. From the ladies on the phone setting up the appointment to work with my schedule within 24 hours, to Hrach coming to my house. Hrach not only exemplifies out of this world customer service, but he really takes it to another level. He is organized, from truck to his work ethic, he is informative and educational in his expertise. They don't make technicians in any line of work like Hrach anymore. Precision Door as a company, you can tell they support their crews, they provide them with all the tools for success. Hrach showed my options on a sleek Ipad and the line item difference and never turned into a car salesman. I went from a ziptied and end of its life Genie Chain operation to Liftmaster Belt operation with WiFi. The noise is non existent, the closing mechanism is like a exotic car. Very pleased, Very Happy and forever a Precision Customer.

I had a Stanley garage door installed some 20 years ago. Th door worked okay most of the time except a spring would occasionally break. Stanley went out of business and eventually replacement springs were unavailable. A spring broke a few weeks ago and coul not be replaced. So I called precision and askee them to replace the old style opener with two springs required with one with spiral spring above the door. It was done on a Satuday by Adam Najajreh within 2 hours and the garage door opens smoother than it ever has. I am very happy with the results.
