I needed a garage door tune up and exam. I also needed a new door opener. I had an appointment between 1230pm and 430pm. Julian called me around noon and said he could come earlier if i wanted. He came over and did an inspection and gave me my estimate and then performed the service and completed it before my appointment time even started which is not uncommon for this company. ( i wish every company could do this) Julian, as with all other techs i have dealt with from Precision, was friendly, well spoken, and a pleasure to work with. I have used this company several times and will continue to do so in the future.

Precision Garage Door provided excellent service from initial contact through completion of repairs. The office receptionist we spoke with was courteous, efficient and very helpful in setting up a time for a field tech to arrive at our home. The field technician, Jose Romero, did a great job of communicating his estimated arrival time so that we would not be waiting around the house for hours, including giving up a 30-minute update as he was leaving his previous job location and on the way to us. Upon arrival, Jose accurately assessed the situation and gave us a list of options to affect a repair. He did a very thorough and professional job repairing our garage door. Jose is without a doubt a valuable asset to his employer and an outstanding ambassador for Precision Garage Doors, with great people skills and technical expertise.
