Armando called ahead of time to see if it was o.k. to come a little early. He called again to let me know the exact time of arrival. He went right to work after discussing options and giving me a quote for the job. He was fast and efficient made sure the door was opening and closing properly before he left. This is the second time i have used them and will continue to use them again.

this company is ridiculous expensive, I was able to resolve the problem with my garage door at a portion of the least expense quote the i received from Precision, call your local garage door man, not this company. there was no repair, but i paid their $70 service call fee

I had a great experience. The staff who assisted me with scheduling a service call was friendly and professional. Julian, the service technician, was very courteous and thorough in his inspection and explanation of the problem. Terrible service. The guy came just to install new motor or doors. Does not even look or find a solution to legacy motors or doors. He broke my legacy motor cover and didn't even get off side stole to check electrical wires or sensors. People on your local yellow pages or websites can fix or find solutions to old legacy motors. Plus you can find someones else that will install a garage motor less then a thousand dollars. No thanks.

I went to the Precision door office in Monterey Park to get a garage clicker. Met with Guy who was so helpful and professional. Precision has been the go to place for Garage Door Service since we moved into our home. The large door spring broke late on a Saturday, the Technician came after he called, right on time on Sunday in the rain. He worked quickly and had the door repaired and tested before leaving. We will continue to use Precision in the Future.

Also was happy that I paid less than the original estimated price since the tune up quoted ended up not necessarily to perform. Armando was my technician and did not try to pressure me or upsell. However, for $180 (Superior charged me $132 last time and my garage was functional for 4 MONTHS!), my garage door was functional for only 1 1/2 days. I’m having to park outside on the driveway again. I decided to buy a new garage door (200 series). Armando called the person in charge of scheduling while he was here and said next week it could be installed. It is now Friday, Jan. 5, and no one called to schedule anything for next week. I am FRUSTRATED that there is no install date, that I’m having to park on the driveway, and that $180 only lasted 1 1/2 DAYS!

I told the technician that the garage door has difficulty in opening during winter time and works well during the hot weather. He did not even check the problem at all and just told us that my aunt needs a new garage door opener. I opted for the garage door tune up and I told him that I have a coupon of $99 and he said that if that coupon was sent to another address, it is not valid. From the get go, he was not honest. My aunt asked me to be with her so that they will not fool her which would be what happened if I was not there. I know you are the experts but he should have tested the garage door 1st before recommending to change it right away. It is working great now after I asked him to do lubrication. Please make sure to emphasize honesty as older folks can be victims of unnecessary services.
