I needed a garage door tune up and exam. I also needed a new door opener. I had an appointment between 1230pm and 430pm. Julian called me around noon and said he could come earlier if i wanted. He came over and did an inspection and gave me my estimate and then performed the service and completed it before my appointment time even started which is not uncommon for this company. ( i wish every company could do this) Julian, as with all other techs i have dealt with from Precision, was friendly, well spoken, and a pleasure to work with.
