Dylan, the technician who came to fix our garage door that would only close intermittently, was very resourceful and thorough in his approach to the problem. He offered several options, the first was to adjust the safety devises. We chose to go with that one first. He noted a lot of webs in the area of one of the safety devices and said that the sun might be causing the web to appear to the safety device as blocked by an object. He was absolutely correct. He adjusted the safety devices, removed the webs and the garage door now closes with no further problems. Not only was he competent, he was also polite, respectful and nice.

Great Servise! recently door opener not able to open Tech guy arrived open with key yet no able to open suggested view electrical panel checked said all good proceeded to break garage gain entry checked power dead left garage open suggested call Electrical person. Friend en came over check electric panel breaker off put back on all working perfectly Paid Precision Doors over $300.00 for break inn and repair break inn parts If Precision had known to identify Breaker had tripped and flip to turn power back on these costs avoided Shamefully you do not stand up to your claim on this situation as listed above Tech person unable to identify breaker yet quick to create expense not required After this type of abuse not acceptable suggest train Techs to check beaker prior before creating costly work and take advantage of retired handicap senior's not able to check Electrical box great services from PRECISION in the past this service failed waste of valuable $$ for seniors

Very pleased with my choice to call this company for repair, The technician Brandon V. evaluated the repair and was clear about every item to be replaced since my old unit was over 20+ years and was time to replace. He itemized the items and explained everything and work was done within 2 hours. The added benefit was I had to move items/stuff from underneath the old unit that it made me do some purging of stuff especially old appliance boxes that had no use, so now the garage is a bit more uncluttered and new garage opener works perfectly.

As I was watching my garage door close, something snapped, and it slid shut. So I called Precision, and Sean Hogan came to the rescue for same day service. Turns out, the motor was busted, and the belt gave way. Since my motor was outdated, I agreed to a brand new motor and belt and sensors. Sean was super friendly, professional, and very efficient. I'm very happy with the results.

Our garage door would not open yesterday evening. We were on our way to a Memorial Service. I called and your `call center`[Michelle] was most unhelpful even when I explained the circumstances as well as I had to be at Cedar Sinai this morning for a medical procedure. After almost 30 minutes and my demanding to speak to someone in authority she put me through to Mike , general manager who happens to live 11 minutes from us. He was so helpful and pleasant. He came over and determined the springs had broken [we had your company install a new Liftmaster in February 2019] and arranged for Eric to be here around 8 am today. We have been a customer of Precision Garage Door Service for many years. They are extremely responsive and professional. Russ Trumpy and his assistant attended to us today and recommended a new garage door opener as ours was 15 years old and did not have a back up battery which apparently will become a legal requirement on July 1st , 2019.
