After two years of installing, the garage door started making a few noises. Decided to give it a tune up. Called the original installer and when they didn't turn my call, I called Precision because of their tv advertisements. Julian arrived and after confirming the quoted promo price, did a quick and thorough job of evaluating what was needed. Performed the tune up and answered all my questions including giving a few maintenance tips. Very friendly and very knowledgeable!! Will definitely call Precision and ask for Julian should I need any further service on my garage door!!

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the pricing experience. I received an email advertising a $29.99 Garage Door Tune-Up Special, which included a 25-point inspection, lubrication, and adjustment of all garage door parts, with an expiration date of June 30, 2026. My appointment was on June 24, 2026, well before the expiration date. However, when the technician arrived, I was told that the coupon could not be honored and that my options were now $99, $469, or $1,395. Since the technician was already there, I chose the $99 service. What bothered me was what felt like a bait-and-switch. As a first-time customer, it left me questioning whether I could trust the company to be honest about future service recommendations and pricing. That said, I want to be fair. The technician was professional, personable, and completed the tune-up efficiently. I don't blame him for the pricing issue—that decision is on the company. The service itself was good, and my garage door is noticeably quieter now. If the company had honored the advertised special or clearly communicated that it was no longer valid before scheduling the appointment, my review would have been much more positive.

After posting my original review, the owner of the company personally reached out to discuss my concerns. He explained that the coupon I had referenced was actually from a different company, which is why they were unable to honor it. I truly appreciated him taking the time to call, explain the situation, and make sure we were satisfied with the service. I respect the professionalism and customer service shown by the owner in following up personally. The technician who performed the service was also professional, courteous, and completed the work efficiently. Most importantly, my garage door is now operating much more quietly. I appreciate the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to address my concerns directly.

I needed a garage door tune up and exam. I also needed a new door opener. I had an appointment between 1230pm and 430pm. Julian called me around noon and said he could come earlier if i wanted. He came over and did an inspection and gave me my estimate and then performed the service and completed it before my appointment time even started which is not uncommon for this company. ( i wish every company could do this) Julian, as with all other techs i have dealt with from Precision, was friendly, well spoken, and a pleasure to work with. I have used this company several times and will continue to do so in the future.

He fixed my broken springs within 45 minutes. I thought I was going to just get an estimate and get scheduled for a repair but he had all the parts needed in his truck and was done in 45 minutes, didn't have to ask for another day off. Julian did a great job of explaining the cause of the existing opener failure and they the options. I selected the side mount motor. It is much quieter, and he completed the new installation in about an hour and completely removed all debris from the original opener. Julian did a great job.

I had a pretty good experience with the quality of the work here. The technician showed up on time and finished the job quickly, and the repair itself was solid. That said, I was really frustrated by the lack of transparency with the pricing. I was quoted $200 for a spring replacement, but it turned out that was per spring, so the final bill was double what I expected. It felt like a bait-and-switch, and I think they should be upfront about the total cost before starting the work. Great repair, but the pricing surprise really soured the experience.
