Julian is the man…..great employee and genuine guy! His service visit was like having a family member or good friend we’ve known for years coming to help us out with our garage door repair. He was professional, courteous, and efficient……job was done in 20 minutes! He took the time to show us details of the previous job done prior by different repair company. Excellent service. Julian kept me updated on his ETA so that I wouldn't be waiting and can take care of any errands prior to his arrival. He was attentive to my story and had suspected what the issue may be. He then checked the area out and confirmed his suspicion of the garage issue and gave me a run down on what he needed to do next. OMG! This company was AMAZING! It was 4pm the day before when I called them in a panic because my car was trapped in the garage. I called another company & they wanted $399 to come out the same day. What?!? Precision Overhead Garage Door showed up EARLY the next day and fixed my problem in a very short period of time. They didn't even charge me a service charge. Their pricing was fair. I rarely give five star reviews but Julian Baca's work was well deserved for numerous reasons. He used multiple resources to make sure we knew he was on his way: telephone call, voice mail and text. He arrived two minutes earlier than projected. He right away recognized that the spring was not old. Additionally, he was NOT pushy in presenting the various options.
