OMG! This company was AMAZING! It was 4pm the day before when I called them in a panic because my car was trapped in the garage. I called another company & they wanted $399 to come out the same day. What?!? Precision Overhead Garage Door showed up EARLY the next day and fixed my problem in a very short period of time. They didn't even charge me a service charge. Their pricing was fair. Their tech Julian was very professional & applied discounts to save this senior $$ and I didn't even have to ask! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!

I rarely give five star reviews but Julian Baca's work was well deserved for numerous reasons. He used multiple resources to make sure we knew he was on his way: telephone call, voice mail and text. He arrived two minutes earlier than projected. He right away recognized that the spring was not old. Additionally, he was NOT pushy in presenting the various options. My garage door opener was beeping?? Julian came out and replaced the backup battery and did a through inspection of the opener and the door. My door is old and it needed some hinges replaced, new rollers and a tune up. Julian was professional, knowledgeable and charming. I had an issue with my relatively new garage door opener and Julian came and diagnosed the problem quite quickly. He was tremendously professional, courteous, efficient, and thorough resolving the problem with the garage door opener. Julian was the one who actually installed my garage door opener last year and he did an excellent job so I was not surprised that he resolved my issue so fastidiously well. We also discussed the need for new rollers for my garage door. He did not try and compel me to purchase new rollers, which I abhor, and he even stated that I could continue to keep my current rollers for the foreseeable future. I ended up having him install new rollers anyway; however, I like the fact that he did not try to coerce me to get them before I truly needed them.

I called Precision because my son, Daniel, told me he had been pleased with your services. So am I. My remote opener was opening but not closing the door. I had checked for obstructions but didn't find any reason for the balky door. Julian checked some things (I'm not mechanically inclined) and the door closed. I have no clue as to why, but as long as it works, I'm happy. Julian gave me three options and I am strongly considering having Precision install a new door later this fall and I want Julian in charge of this installation. Julian Becca was awesome. I had a lot of questions, since this was my first failure of a garage door spring system. I didn’t quite understand why the entire torque master system needed to be replaced with a torsion system. He was patient and thorough with me! Once we talked everything through and we proceeded with service, he was speedy and effective at the service. He took the time to teach me about lubrication of the hinges. Julian is great!
