I’ve had the best experience with Precision Garage, largely due to the technician , named Anas, who was simply awesome ! He was really detailed , thorough, patient and very skillful. He would take extra steps and go above and beyond to correctly diagnose the issue even if it means he would have to do extra work for it . He made sure the issue was properly diagnosed and effectively executed. He explained step by step so patiently .. and you can totally tell that he has so much skill and knowledge regarding everything related to garage . We had to replace the motor , and i love the product he suggested and how it is functioning. I thought I was just going to have a working garage , but Anas made my garage door upgraded version and I just love the new way my garage works now . Much more smooth and effectively functioning. Anas really made my experience with our garage door issue as pleasant and satisfying as possible. I would totally recommend Precision.. and if you can request for Anas for technician.

The Precision technician was polite and friendly, but he claimed that I needed a new garage door and new hardware, when I really didn’t. The estimate he gave me was way overpriced, and I chose a different company that did not try to upsell me.

Very professional service. Came out same day to do the repairs. Replace broken spring and checked on other 20 year parts to insure if they would last. Mike said your technicians would wear masks and gloves. One did, one didn't. When we reminded them, this one guy (the older man) put the mask over the lower part of his face and then let it slide. My wife complained again, and the next thing we knew the door was closed, and we haven't the slightest idea what they did. My wife freaked out, and it spoiled my day. If the guy wants to emulate Trump, that is his problem. But he shouldn't inflict it on us.

I called precision on Saturday to see what the problem was with my garage door. I called several places and some didnt answer and others had an enormous service call to come out. I found precision on line and they advertised "no extra charges for nights and weekends". Sure enough when I called a young lady answered promptly and sheduled me for a 2 hour appointment later that same day. The technician arrived about 25 minutes into the time frame and was great. It was nice finding a company this well and organized.

It was 10pm at night when I arrived home to find my door off track. I called precision and they picked up on the second ring. I was notified that there was no additional charges for nights or weekends. (Like their website says) The lady on the phone told me a technician would be there within the hour and sure enough he arrived on time, addressed the problem and I was back in business in no time!
