Precision Garage Door provided excellent service from initial contact through completion of repairs. The office receptionist we spoke with was courteous, efficient and very helpful in setting up a time for a field tech to arrive at our home. The field technician, Jose Romero, did a great job of communicating his estimated arrival time so that we would not be waiting around the house for hours, including giving up a 30-minute update as he was leaving his previous job location and on the way to us. Upon arrival, Jose accurately assessed the situation and gave us a list of options to affect a repair. He did a very thorough and professional job repairing our garage door. Jose is without a doubt a valuable asset to his employer and an outstanding ambassador for Precision Garage Doors, with great people skills and technical expertise. Technician Miguel arrived in a very timely manner. He identified the problem, which was minor. He quickly repaired it, and checked out the entire system. He answered questions I had and completed the transaction efficiently. I especially appreciated that after making the initial service call there was an email followup with photos of each technician, and the name of the one who would be responding. Miguel also called in advance to give me a timeframe of arrival, and arrived within that time. All around great service! Will definitely use again when needed.

Excellent service. The spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday evening, trapping my car inside the garage. Technician Miguel was there at 8:15 Monday morning to make the repair and was finished in less than an hour. The price was fair and couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Precision.
