He needed to order a part, told us when it would be in and we scheduled the appt. He was running a bit late for our appt but kept us informed on the later arrival. An appointment was scheduled to evaluate whether or not I needed to replace the garage opener. A technician came, assessed the situation, and identified that the opener didn't need to be replaced. It was an electrical issue that only needed the flip of a switch. This saved me a ton of money. I thank Precision Door for being sincere in their efforts to work with the customer without trying to sell something that wasn't needed. I will use this company again in the future.

Nordstrom level service!!! Dylan was our guy. Came to the house, looked the garage door over and performed the repairs necessary. No pressure from the technician in any additional repairs. A little pricey for what I had done but worth every penny. Im very happy with the service. Highly recommend.
