WOW, AM I IMPRESSED!!!! I called this company, got a schedule that fit mine, the tech, Jacob, called me first thing in the morning to give me his ETA. Jacob arrived on time, was FANTASTIC (truly, what a great experience to have lucked into him). He was courteous, quick, and knew his stuff. A+ in my book. So glad I "lucked" into this company and this tech. A 10 out of 10 experience.

My technician really knew what he was doing. He took one glance at my garage door and spotted the problem immediately. My spring had worn out, and broken in half basically. He came out the same day the problem occurred and took care of it quickly. I couldn't ask for more.

We chose Precision Garage Door because of their reviews, and they didn't disappoint! Kyle was our technician and he did a great job, he kept us informed during the process. He needed to order a part, told us when it would be in and we scheduled the appt. He was running a bit late for our appt but kept us informed on the later arrival. Great company, if issues arise again (our door is old) we will call Precision!!

An appointment was scheduled to evaluate whether or not I needed to replace the garage opener. A technician came, assessed the situation, and identified that the opener didn't need to be replaced. It was an electrical issue that only needed the flip of a switch. This saved me a ton of money. I thank Precision Door for being sincere in their efforts to work with the customer without trying to sell something that wasn't needed. I will use this company again in the future.

Nordstrom level service!!! Dylan was our guy. Came to the house, looked the garage door over and performed the repairs necessary. No pressure from the technician in any additional repairs. A little pricey for what I had done but worth every penny. Im very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment online and had a technician come to my house four hours later. The technician was quick to diagnose the issue and gave me several options on how to fix it. I had an issue with my relatively new garage door opener and Julian came and diagnosed the problem quite quickly. He was tremendously professional, courteous, efficient, and thorough resolving the problem with the garage door opener. Julian was the one who actually installed my garage door opener last year and he did an excellent job so I was not surprised that he resolved my issue so fastidiously well. We also discussed the need for new rollers for my garage door. He did not try and compel me to purchase new rollers, which I abhor, and he even stated that I could continue to keep my current rollers for the foreseeable future. I ended up having him install new rollers anyway; however, I like the fact that he did not try to coerce me to get them before I truly needed them.
