I remember seeing the commercial for Precision's garage door tune-up special, and I kept putting it off. Well, I woke up Monday morning, and the battery in the overhead garage door unit died. I called Precision Garage Door Service, spoke with a representative who provided me with a same-day appointment, and a name and description of a technician. The technician, Justin Estrada, reached out before the appointment and confirmed his arrival time. When Justin arrived, he reviewed my concerns, inspected the unit, replaced the battery, and completed the overall tune-up so I could get to my job. My garage door has never been this quiet when closing! Justin also provided a quote for a future repair I am considering. Why the 5-Star Rating? Justin was on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated a great attitude and enthusiasm for his job. Being in the service industry myself, it's refreshing and important to acknowledge and say "Thank you" for his service. I will be a returning customer and refer Precision GDS to others.

I love my new garage door! The old one was a very heavy, wooden door that was probably more than 50 years old! Precision efficiently removed the old door and replaced it with a beautiful new one. They did it all in about 4 hours. Great job!

First off, the person who answered the phone at Precision was a pro. She confirmed my reservation with a technician within 24 hours which I greatly appreciated. Secondly, my service technician, Justin Estrada, did an excellent job repairing my Chamberlain garage door that had come off its tracks. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and presented a solution AND very fair pricing for repairing the immediate problem as well as two options for preventative measures. Above and beyond. His demeanor was very professional and he was extremely knowledgable about my door, and -- most importantly -- I could tell he really cared about his craft. I am an new customer and had an excellent experience on June 3, 2026. Dillon and Jack installed a new garage door opener, as my 2006 model had finally failed. They were so professional and kind, made me feel valued as a customer and were very respectful of my property. They made sure that the app installed and worked correctly on my phone as well. My old unit didn't have this capability and I appreciate this function very much. My mom lives in Orange County, CA and also needs some help, so I will definitely recommend Precision to her and to my friends in the San Fernando Valley.
