Just had Jack out at my house this morning to install a jack arm motor on my garage. He started by giving me a courtesy call 20 mins before he arrived, and then arrived on time. He was friendly, and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, he was honest with me about my wants and need within my budget. I decided this is the guy I want working on my house. Once he got to work I felt comfortable leaving him to his work while I attended to other needs around the house. I’m very satisfied with my service from Precision Garage Doors. I cannot recommend them enough.

The Technician came in the time frame. He was very polite and knowledgeable . He explained everything and send a nice detailed estimate on labor and parts. I had two other Company's come to give me estimates and it was awful. No communication or written estimates and one was one and a half hours late. I'm glad I called Precision . Came out and gave quote for repair without mentioning there’s a fee to come out. Then billed after the inspection. Overpriced and shady. Found someone else to do repair for 1/3 price.
