The technician solved my problem, that's #1. He was courteous and professional, also very helpful. I've used Precision Garage Door Services before and have had great service. I liked that the technician called to let me know that he is delayed and gave me a time frame when he will arrive at our residence.This is important to me because it allows me to rearrange my schedule and I don't have to wait all day for the technician to show up. Another great experience for me today. A 5 star rating for today!

The technician Armando was very courteous, patiently listened to my questions and answered each one so I could understand. Once my new unit was installed, Armando explained the operation of each component. He also provided options for payment. I was very pleased with his service and communication.

Julien came on an “emergency “ last minute repair call. He was on time, helpful, and repaired the problem quickly. I had him add a key pad to the exterior door frame, check the springs and add two new remotes. He finished everything in 20 minutes. Definitely a five star rating. Thank you, Precision! Precision has been the go to place for Garage Door Service since we moved into our home. The large door spring broke late on a Saturday, the Technician came after he called, right on time on Sunday in the rain. He worked quickly and had the door repaired and tested before leaving. The only negative I took away from this experience is that my after market key fob remotes don't work with the new motor. They may be out dated, but I felt that the tech should have offered to program them as well as the one in my car
