I bought a new Lift Master garage door opener on 9/10/25. It comes with a 1 year warranty. Precision Door Services says that the main circuit board needs to be replaced. They said that they will not cover the warranty because the board went out due to a power failure. There was no list of warranty exclusions on the receipt that I have. Their technician Rene was very helpful in trying to get me warranty coverage through Lift Master, but it may take a week to get the replacement board. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I remember seeing the commercial for Precision's garage door tune-up special, and I kept putting it off. Well, I woke up Monday morning, and the battery in the overhead garage door unit died. I called Precision Garage Door Service, spoke with a representative who provided me with a same-day appointment, and a name and description of a technician. The technician, Justin Estrada, reached out before the appointment and confirmed his arrival time. When Justin arrived, he reviewed my concerns, inspected the unit, replaced the battery, and completed the overall tune-up so I could get to my job. My garage door has never been this quiet when closing! Justin also provided a quote for a future repair I am considering. Why the 5-Star Rating? Justin was on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated a great attitude and enthusiasm for his job. I chose this company because they were recommended by Liftmaster. Serveman was punctual, friendly and thoroughly checked everything with the mechanism. Turned out the opener itself motor had burned out. They did not charge me for the service since they couldn’t fix it. I would highly recommend this company.

I love my new garage door! The old one was a very heavy, wooden door that was probably more than 50 years old! Precision efficiently removed the old door and replaced it with a beautiful new one. They did it all in about 4 hours. Great job!
